A Message to the Occupy Wallstreet Morons

One of our children alerted us to a posting by Frank Miller, famed comic for more than just Batman.

Here is the text:

posted 11.7.2011

Everybody’s been too damn polite about this nonsense:

The “Occupy” movement, whether displaying itself on Wall Street or in the streets of Oakland (which has, with unspeakable cowardice, embraced it) is anything but an exercise of our blessed First Amendment. “Occupy” is nothing but a pack of louts, thieves, and rapists, an unruly mob, fed by Woodstock-era nostalgia and putrid false righteousness. These clowns can do nothing but harm America.

“Occupy” is nothing short of a clumsy, poorly-expressed attempt at anarchy, to the extent that the “movement” – HAH! Some “movement”, except if the word “bowel” is attached – is anything more than an ugly fashion statement by a bunch of iPhone, iPad wielding spoiled brats who should stop getting in the way of working people and find jobs for themselves.

This is no popular uprising. This is garbage. And goodness knows they’re spewing their garbage – both politically and physically – every which way they can find.

Wake up, pond scum. America is at war against a ruthless enemy.

Maybe, between bouts of self-pity and all the other tasty tidbits of narcissism you’ve been served up in your sheltered, comfy little worlds, you’ve heard terms like al-Qaeda and Islamicism.

And this enemy of mine — not of yours, apparently – must be getting a dark chuckle, if not an outright horselaugh – out of your vain, childish, self-destructive spectacle.

In the name of decency, go home to your parents, you losers. Go back to your mommas’ basements and play with your Lords Of Warcraft.

Or better yet, enlist for the real thing. Maybe our military could whip some of you into shape.

They might not let you babies keep your iPhones, though. Try to soldier on.

  1. We need a few more angry Marines to clean out the STINKING SLIME which is LOOSELY REFERRED to as OCCUPY. When handling these people or ejecting them you will need to have a largest bottle of hand disinfectant that you can get into your hip pocket, for use AFTER THE FACT.

  2. ……..you might want to bring along a little FLEA,and tick spray as well.

  3. Be sure to bring along a GAS MASK. The alleged “BAD ASSES” term refers to the odor coming from the backside of the OCCUPY persons. I have reason to believe that they all are upstanding LIBERAL DEMOCRATS………….but more like ignorant goons, and nincompoop OBOTS.

Challenge to Remove Obama from New Hampshire Primary Ballot to be Heard Friday

Challenge to remove Obama from NH ballot to be heard Friday
    Unlawful President

A hearing to review removal of Barack Obama from the New Hampshire primary ballot will be conducted this Friday at 2 p.m. at the NH Legislative Office Building, Room #307 (33 N. State St., Concord). The Ballot Law Commission will review a complaint filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. of California and a leader in the Obama eligibility movement which charges that Obama has presented a forged birth certificate on whitehouse.gov, uses a social security number not assigned to him, and does not meet the Natural Born definition confirmed by Minor v. Happersett of requiring two U.S. citizen parents at birth.

  6. Katie, that was GREAT! Thanks for posting :).

  7. Hi OldSalt,

…but can you tell us how you *really* feel? 🙂

    As always, you’re spot on!

  8. Mr. Bill(ms. helga)

Dear FOCW – I have been trying to post a message over at CW and it won’t go through. Lets see if you get this. If you do I will send you the message.

  11. Mr. Bill,

Most of us here have been thrown into moderation hell when we try to post over there then, the posts mysteriously disappear.

Haffey (and his multiple handles) is moderating; I think that we already know that.

Feel free to post here; the FoCW folks are very generous by allowing us to post pretty much anything that’s on our minds.

BTW, nice to see you here :).

  12. Hi Don,

The fix was in even before Orly filed any grievances in NH; we know this. NH, my neighbor to the north, has always been a decent, law abiding state, except when it comes to this moron. I can only imagine the threats that were leveled against them.

I’m of the opinion that nobody will take the usurper on. Nobody.

  13. Mr. Bill(ms. helga)

SueK – Thank you for your thoughtful message. Everything finally got through. The little incident in NH must have really touched a live wire because I can’t find anything in the MSM.
    Mr. Bill

  14. Hi Bill,

Yes, I see it got through!

I realized what was happening over there when I tried to post my annual flu message a few months ago; moderation for nearly 36 hours! That’s why I stay away. Many here have had the same experience.

I’m local (~ 2 miles from the NH border) and will be in southern NH today. I’ll see if I can tap some of the locals for info as to what happened yesterday. I’ve talked to Rep. Tim Comerford and I know he won’t let this die; he’s been with Orly all the way.

Unfortunately, if he’s allowed on the ballot in NH, that pretty much closes off that avenue of attack by our side as other states will look to NH and follow suit. Hoping that the challenge will be successful.

I’ll post anything I get from the residents of the Great State of NH.

    Have a lovely weekend :).

I’ll post anything I get from the residents of the Great State of NH.
Thank you. I would like to see what they think.

  16. OK, Don, will do! Setting out in a few minutes to visit wonderful sales-tax-free NH :).

I will get in touch with Tim Comerford this weekend and ask him WTH is going on up there; I’m sure he’s as furious as any of the supporters who showed up in Concord yesterday. He’s always been very responsive, so let’s see if he has any info about what the plan will be going forward to keep moron off the 2012 ballot.

Again, will post what I get!

  17. Well, the folks I talked to in southern NH today were scratching their heads and wondering why the evidence against Barky wasn’t examined more thoroughly. They’d heard about the screaming and were glad the citizens gave the board ‘what for.’ They seem to want to know why this jerk was never vetted; the Social Security number he uses has them asking why he would have it if he never lived in CT. Not one person I spoke with believes that the B.C. (either version) is legit.

So, yes, my neighbors to the north are indeed asking the hard questions.

A few minutes ago, I e-mailed Rep. Tim Comerford (R) (Fremont/Epping) and asked him what happened; I *know* he was there on Friday. Will post when I hear from him.

Your National Right to Work Foundation is headed back to the United States Supreme Court… and the union bosses are in full panic.

The Supreme Court announced last week that it will hear oral arguments on January 10 in Knox v. Service Employees International Union Local 1000, a case brought by Foundation attorneys.

Fearing an embarrassing loss, union lawyers have now begged the Supreme Court to toss out the case after offering to pay back all of the money to objecting employees.

    The birthers press on
    By Peter Lemiska

The President wields tremendous power, and like Chairman Cook, none of the politicians or judges beseeched by the birthers has shown any interest in pursuing their allegations, no matter how serious or well-substantiated. In the end, we will likely never know what is hidden in Obama’s background. But his piecemeal release of selected documents of questionable authenticity only casts more doubt on his past and continues to fuel the birther movement. Considering his current standing in the polls, it’s impact on the 2012 elections could be decisive.

As for Cook’s dismissive response to the issue, New Hampshire might think about a new state motto. Instead of “Live free or die,” the legislators might consider “Let sleeping dogs lie.”

    by Neil Turner

But to many of those now ensconced in the halls of government – from City Councils to State Assemblies to Congress to the Supreme Court, and to the unconstitutional Administration itself, it means:
•FREEdom to violate the very oath and the Constitution they all swore allegiance to – to include the FREEdom of the People to have only a natural born Citizen on the ballot for the Office of President of the United States.

And just because they got away with it in 2008, there is no reason for us to permit it to happen again in 2012.

There is no Statute of Limitations on Treason, especially if it is still an ongoing event as we speak.

  28. Without any particular reason I’ve been missing this blog (other than I’ve been really under the weather since Thanksgiving)…… I’ve been catching up reading here just now. Moderator, this is a good lead-in about OWS.

Once in awhile one of my posts at CW’s goes into moderation, but it is soon released. There will be no explainable reason for it. I think everyone who posts there experiences it from time to time.

  29. A Crazy Old Coot

  30. Air Force Brat

Yes, if it’s not the ravings of “you-know-who’s” multiple personalities, it’s Starla’s ultra-religious fanaticism and mind-numbingly long cut-and-pasted posts. No reason to go there at all.

  31. Hey AFB,

    I owe ya an e-mail.

Why does she post a long excerpt then, provide a link? Just provide the bloody link!

Have been checking out WTPOTUS lately; that’s a pretty good blog.

BTW, take a gander at Ulsterman’s latest with WH Insider report; I had to read it a couple of times so that it’d sink in. Methinks that as far as the DOJ is concerned, the excrement is about to encounter the turbine…

  32. Air Force Brat

Hi Sue — will be checking my Inbox periodically. Will also e-mail you some updated pics of the birdies this weekend (if they will ever hold still !!!) 😀

You’re right, Ulsterman’s latest is quite the interesting read. The way the country’s going right now, I almost would be RELIEVED for such a thing to happen. Anything to defuse this constant uneasiness and sense of waiting for the other shoe to drop.

  33. Air Force Brat……………….
It saddens me to see Cain drop out of the candidacy. While I clearly see his reasoning,it tells me that he has a BREAKING point. This is NOT a virtue of a POTUS. Even sadder is the fact that the so called American public bought every word of the allegations charged by nothing more than a cheap little LIBERAL trollop. In our system you are INNOCENT until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law, yet everybody bought the LIBERAL SICK LITTLE STORIES,and decided that Cain was GUILTY until proven innocent. That is exactly how the liberals STEER the voters into voting for the candidate that Soetoro can easily beat. It is like SHEEP being led to the slaughter. Those who still think up is down might as well not even vote in 2012, because they obviously still believe the MANURE coming from the WH.

  34. I am really haveing a problem believing the level of just plain stupidity which still seems to persist amongst our voters. The LIBERALS BUY a cheap little tramp to make charges against a candidate, and IMMEDIATELY that CANDIDATE becomes GUILTY AS CHARGED………without even the right to a trial before his peers. This is a real problem, and if people don’t start waking up soon we will have another term of Soetoro in the WH.

  35. Now we have another pack of nincompoops who are whining that Newt Gingrich is THIS and Newt Gingrich is THAT, and at the same time they are calling for him to refuse to attend the ION debates. Her again is the disguised LIBERAL BS trying to steer people away from Newt Gingrich. Soon the LIBERALS will accomplish their goals because people like Santorum, Ron Paul, and the others CANNOT,and WILL NOT win the election. The liberals KNOW this and will do anything to steer voters away from voting for a candidate who might beat Soetoro. Sadly so many people just do not understand that this is happening to them. It is called STUPIDITY.

  36. It really sickens me to see so many Americans letting the LIBERALS tell them that up is down, and they swallow the bait hook line and sinker. Unless the American people start getting their act together we will suffer another term of Soetoro. It is plain as the day is long. Newt Gingrich is pretty much our last chance to make a start towards cleaning up the PROGRESSIVE BS that has been inch by inch injected into our system of government over many decades. It won’t be cleaned up quickly either. It will require decades to clean it up. At this point I am not even sure that it can be cleaned up at all….but we must try. We must also try to get rid of the liberals who teach our children in the primary classroom. Our children are being taught that up is down, and a hell of a lot of parents are condoning it in the name of political correctness. We also need to bring the church back into the primary classroom, along with the pledge of allegiance.

  37. Air Force Brat

You are correct, Oldsalt. The only perfect person to ever live was nailed to a cross 2000 years ago.

It scares me to see so many saying on various boards that if THEIR PREFERRED candidate doesn’t get the nomination, they won’t vote. They’ll simply “take their blocks and go home”, which would guarantee either A) Obama having four more years to finish destroying our country, or B) a civil war breaking out.

On a slightly related subject, I’ve noticed several instances of posts by various people on Ulsterman’s board suddenly disappearing a couple of hours after they appear. Those posts were like the few I once tried to make — nothing incendiary or offensive in any way. The only thing they seem to have in common is that they contradict those of the “Chicken Littles” who constantly trumpet “Martial law! Martial Law! OMG, we’re doomed, Obama’s going to declare martial law!” It sure does look like whoever is moderating that board actually WANTS people to be in a panic.

  38. A Crazy Old Coot

OldSalt, Thank you for the comments. I agree with you.

I look at who is being trashed the most and assume that the libs are scared of that person. It appears that the libs have decided that mitty is to be the one to run against obama. I would still support Cain because none of the charges against him have been proven, I can understand why he dropped out though, just having the charges made public can destroy a persons rep. and their family. He would not have the time or money to defend himself in the media and run a campaign at the same time. I believe he did the right thing.

As for Newt, I believe that none of us are perfect and he has said that he has made many mistakes and regrets them, but he has asked for forgiveness. I will be willing to give him a chance. We have survived obama, so far, and if Newt doesn’t work out, in 4 years he gets replaced.

Just the opinion of a dumb ole (Natural Born) country boy!

  39. Hi AFB and OldSalt,

I was saddened to hear Herman Cain’s presser yesterday ‘suspending’ his campaign; we know exactly what that means.

The bastids have accomplished their goal: To sew seeds of doubt about the man in the eyes of the voters. Mission accomplished; no black man will challenge Barky, so their race card can again be played to the max.

While I was on the fence about Cain (due to his foreign policy inexperience) I wanted to see him as a real contender in a field where no true frontrunner has emerged.

Now what? Will someone we may be unaware of come out of the shadows to save the day? Doubt it, but I’m not exactly enthused with my choices right now..

Don’t know about you, but I’m getting tired of holding my nose to vote against a candidate rather than FOR a candidate. I think Reagan was the last POTUS I voted for with a smile on my face and the clothespin off my nosey….

Please take time to read this and pay particular attention to “A Little Gun
    History” about half way down.
    Why Grandpa carries a gun
    Scroll way down
    Why Carry a Gun?
My old grandpa said to me ‘Son, there comes a time in every man’s life when he stops bustin’ knuckles and starts bustin’ caps and Usually it’s when he becomes too old to take an ass whoopin.’

I don’t carry a gun to kill people.
I carry a gun to keep from being killed.

I don’t carry a gun to scare people.
I carry a gun because sometimes this world can be a scary place.

    I don’t carry a gun because I’m paranoid.
I carry a gun because there are real threats in the world.
    I don’t carry a gun because I’m evil.
I carry a gun because I have lived long enough to see the evil in the world.
I don’t carry a gun because I hate the government.
I carry a gun because I understand the limitations of government.
    I don’t carry a gun because I’m angry.
I carry a gun so that I don’t have to spend the rest of my life hating myself for failing to be prepared.
I don’t carry a gun because I want to shoot someone.
I carry a gun because I want to die at a ripe old age in my bed, and not on a sidewalk somewhere tomorrow afternoon.
    I don’t carry a gun because I’m a cowboy.
I carry a gun because, when I die and go to heaven, I want to be a cowboy.
I don’t carry a gun to make me feel like a man.
I carry a gun because men know how to take care of themselves and the ones they love.
    I don’t carry a gun because I feel inadequate.
I carry a gun because unarmed and facing three armed thugs, I am inadequate.
    I don’t carry a gun because I love it.
I carry a gun because I love life and the people who make it meaningful to me.
    Police protection is an oxymoron.
    Free citizens must protect themselves.
Police do not protect you from crime, they usually just investigate the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.
Personally, I carry a gun because I’m too young to die and too old to take an ass whoopin’…..author unknown (but obviously brilliant)

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents,
unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. ——————————
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others
who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to
defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
    —- ————- ————-
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.

You won’t see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

Take note my fellow Americans, before it’s too late!

The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.

With guns, we are ‘citizens’ Without them, we are ‘subjects’.

During WW II the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

If you value your freedom, please spread this anti gun-control message to all of your friends.

The purpose of fighting is to win.
There is no possible victory in defense.
The sword is more important than the shield, and skill is more important than either.
The final weapon is the brain. All else is supplemental.

I’m a firm believer in the 2nd Amendment!
If you are too, please forward.

Atty Phil Berg Launches Obama Eligibility 50 State Ballot Challenge Initiative | @ ObamaCrimes.com

Philip J. Berg, Esquire, of Pennsylvania, is reviewing materials to file against Obama in various states in his attempt to be a candidate for President in 2012. Obama is “Constitutionally Ineligible” to be President. Obama is a fraud and a phony ! Berg says Obama is the greatest “HOAX” against the United States in our history ! He is asking for assistance from local attorneys in each of the 50 states. He asks that they please fax (610) 834-7659 or email philjberg@gmail.com him.

  42. Don’t know about you all, but I am getting a bit confused. Brit Hume tonight on O’Reilly said that Obama would rather have as his opponent anyone BUT Mitt. Then I read the latest Insider Report, and “Insider” says in one place that O prefers to run against Mitt. The O machine has already a plan to wipe Mitt off the ground – It will be based on “race” and “class”.

I believe we can see where they are going to get their dirt from. “Race” will be trumped up from some older Mormon beliefs, and “Class” will be based on Mitt’s own financial status and, perhaps, some references to his affiliation with Bain Capital (layoffs? etc.) Then in the summer of 2012 the machine will be backing the OWS crowds and fomenting race riots.

  43. I, too, feel bad about the vicious attacks against Cain, who, I believe, is truthful about his innocence. It is just that “they” are afraid of a powerful black CONSERVATIVE, and he had to be taken “out” NOW, because he was becoming too much of a threat to the Dems.

Watch for the attacks to fly hard now against Newt. We haven’t seen anything yet! It appears to me that the modus operandi of the Zero machine is to eliminate them one by one if possible by smear tactics. So, are they trying to steer us primary voters into voting for Romney? If he
becomes the Repub nominee I will vote for him, that is for sure. In the
primary, I’m not sure, but at this point would vote for Newt in spite of the
    things we know about him.

This is going to be an election year the likes of which we have never seen before. The pressure is so great.

  44. So many people seem to be so damn afraid of MARTIAL LAW. If a person calls for martial law who is not in a legal position to do so then he is the person who will have his MARTIAL LAW shoved up where the sun don’t shine. In all probability the largest cross section of our population would REFUSE to follow ANY declaration of martial law. Laws are written, and recorded instruments of civility which we follow, but you MUST remember that they are still just that. Should push come to shove in America, there is a hell of a lot of people who will not follow any declaration of MARTIAL LAW issued by this government. There is also enough ARMED people in America who can back it up with force should it become necessary.

  45. All I am saying is that Soetoro is getting MORE,AND MORE unpopular ….even with his own fellow campers. When the first sign that their roof is falling in on them they will ALL squeal LOUDLY as they jump over the side into the icy waters hoping that their long duration squeals will protect them from prosecution, for supporting treason against America. I am praying hard everyday that the usurper is called to the Hague to explain his alleged presidency ,and will be required to PROVE that he is eligible to be signing treaties with foreign countries. I also pray that his using the UN as a front to justify the attacks on Libya by American aircraft should be seen as justification for a complaint against Soetoro in the HAGUE for CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, AND PERPETRATION OF WAR CRIMES AGAINST A FOREIGN POWER.

  46. Air Force Brat

Oldsalt, you’re the greatest !!! I love love LOVE reading your comments !!! You have injected a healthy dose of realism into the “panic” mindset promoted by those on other sites who want to turn the American people into a mass of quivering jelly.

  47. A Crazy Old Coot

I have just a small question: Of all the Repub canidates, which one is perfect? I can’t find one. But, every one of them is so much better than obama. I think some of them are obama lite, but are still head and shoulders above obama. Why don’t we concentrate on beating obama instead of bashing the canidates? I’m not saying that anyone here is doing that, I mean that as relating to the Repubs in general. We already know that the media (including Fox) has decided that Mitt is the annointed one to run against obama, but we the people need to decide for ourselves.

Just the opinion of a dumb ole (Natural Born Citizen) country boy!

  48. A Crazy Old Coot

The Pope and Obama are on the same stage in Yankee Stadium in front of a huge crowd.

The Pope leans towards Mr. Obama and said, “Do you know that with one little wave of my hand I can make every person in this crowd go wild with joy? This joy will not be a momentary display, but will go deep into their hearts and they’ll forever speak of this day and rejoice!”

Obama replied, “I seriously doubt that! With one little wave of your hand….Show me!

So the Pope backhanded him and knocked him off the stage!
and THE CROWD ROARED & CHEERED WILDLY and there was happiness throughout the land!

  49. Air Force Brat

Good one, Coot !!! Looking forward to the very same type of thing happening in 2012.

  50. Don, you’re really on your game!

    Thanks for the giggle :).

  51. A Crazy Old Coot

Glad to provide a giggle from snow covered Tenn. Well, some snow anyway. lol First I have really seen in 10 years. lol

Now, who’s up for making the “crowd go wild with joy?”

  52. Don, your snow will become *our* snow in MA later on today and into tonight; could you please hold it down south???

Let’s all go wild with joy!

Blago gets 14; Barky should get life!

  53. Did anyone see a news (?) story on Fox this morning about voter fraud in Indiana? They seemed to imply that it was almost like breaking news! They said that people actually forged names to the forms to allow Obama and Hillary to be on the ballot way back in 2008. Can you imagine that happening??? It’s not like no one tried to get the story out that this was happening all over the US. The Dem. Chair in Indiana said the ‘Chicago way’ was not going to be happening in his state… Reporter said BHO only made it onto the petition by about 3 dozen votes. One woman they interviewed said she most certainly did not sign her name to the form. Oh my. Then the Repub from Indiana said other states should be on the lookout for voter fraud in 2012… DUH.

  54. Interested Bystander

    Hey All,

Just a reminder of what today is.

Dec 7, 1941 when Japanese aircraft attacked Pearl Harbor.

More and more of the GREATEST generation are leaving us. It is sad to me that we are not seeing more reports on TV about what today is. I wonder if they are even mentioning it in school today.

I read your warning about Tina being another Leo alter ego on another thread. I notice “she” hasn’t been commenting much at CW lately.

    You asked:

“Of all the Repub candidates, which one is perfect?”

You answered your own question by stating, “I can’t find one.”

I can’t either, but as I have commented on other forums, Ron Paul comes closest, in my opinion.

Almost everyone accepts Paul’s stance on the economy, and the Fed, but are put off by his stance on Foreign Policy.

If I could, just for a moment give my opinion on Paul’s Foreign Policy stance:

I believe Paul is right. What “good” has our foreign policy done in the last 50 years or so? We stick our nose in almost everything, and try to tell people how to do things, and look what happens. Almost always we send in troops for “humanitarian” purposes, or as “advisers” or for some other “noble cause” and after years and years, the problems continue and we send in more troops and so on and so forth.

We have troops in about 150 Countries around the world. I’m of the opinion that we would be better served with them right here at home. What “National interest” are they serving in those 150 Countries?

When people criticize him for him saying in the debate that the Islamists attacked us on 9-11 because we are occupying their land, I agree with him. What is my evidence? Their own words.

It is my view that we ought to allow other Countries to solve their own problems. Some people would say that’s an “isolationist” stance. I would argue that we look ARROGANT to most Countries when we try to “take the lead” on every issue facing the world. And of course the other “leaders” of the world allow us to take the lead, because then they don’t have to take responsibility for the “solutions”.

It is my position that the best way to “lead” is to lead by example. By that I mean, we need to get our own “house” in order before we go trying to tell others how to deal with their problems. And problems we have by the bucket full. Can you imaging taking advice from the family down the street with a pregnant teemage daughter and a son that has tattoos and piercings all over their face? I’m sure not taking parenting skill advice from a family like that.

I also agree with Paul on Iran. We should not be telling a soveriegn Country that they can’t do this or that. What we CAN do is explain to them the consequences of them actually USING this or that on an ally, including Israel.

I just think Paul is who this Country needs at this time, to get our priorities back on track.

I understand how people would be put off by Paul. I simply rationalise it by those people not understanding that we have a mess in this Country, and in 5 or 10 years we are going to end up in the circumstance that Europe now finds themselves.

And what are we doing in Europe? We send Timmy and Joey over there to “solve” their problems. And what are Timmy and Joey doing? They’re telling Europe that they are jumping off the cliff, and we are going to hold hands with them and jump off with them (I can’t take credit for that analogy, I heard it on a replay of Wilkow on my way home this morning, but I agree with that analogy). We are going to “buy” euros to help prop up their system. It’s a BAD deal for us. No doubt about it, all this will do is accelerate our demise.

The last thing I will comment on Paul is that he is running second or third in a lot of States, which means to me that his message is resonating with the masses, even in the face of all of the negative reporting on him.

I’ll get off my soap box now.

Being a Hoosier (central Indiana here, St Joseph County is next to Chicago in north western Indiana), I remember the story being reported back in 2008 concerning voter REGISTRATIONS. What I recall was that the signatures were submitted very late in the process to overwhelm the election boards.

It’s too late to do anything about the election of 2008 in Indiana now, except to punish those who did this.

  55. Hey IB,

Nice to see you here :).

If you’ve ever been/intend to go to HI, the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial is a must see. To be there knowing what a horrible day that was and the loss of life that occurred (right below one’s feet) gives one pause for thought and a moment of prayer. It’s something you never forget, nor should you.

Not sure about ‘Tina’ however, I am sure about Pat: Leo PATrick Haffey. When you’re talking to Pat (who uses the same slurs again and again), you’re talking to Haffey, a/k/a Free Speech. You’re also dealing with an individual with multiple personality disorder.

Haven’t made up my mind which candidate to support, but I tend to agree with you and believe it’s past time that America stop sticking her nose in other countries’ affairs. Being ‘policeman of the world’ has gotten us hated and disrespected. I’m all for circling the wagons and taking care of our own problems first.

Case in point: An 8.6 magnitude quake in (fill in the country of your choice). Who’s the first to send aid? The U.S. When we have a domestic tragedy here, why don’t we see other countries (other than the usual allies) offering to help *us?*

    It’s time we butt out.

  56. Interested Bystander

    Hey All,

Thanks for the “nice to see you here” SueK.

Also, thanks for the confirmation of my beliefs that it is time to take care of the problems here at home before we start trying to tell the World what to do.

Just look at what is happening in Egypt and Libya. Before the “uprisings” they had fairly stable governments.

Now that “we” have stuck our nose in their issues, we don’t know what to expect, but the direction sure doesn’t look too “rosie”.

Another thing is how we conduct war. We need to get it through our heads that when you are conducting a war, “political correctness” shouldn’t even be in the vocabulary. The objective of war is to destroy the enemy until they unconditionally surrender. We should use “overwhelming” force until the enemy doesn’t want any more of it, and agrees to OUR conditions for us to stop. We should have continued in Afghanistan until Bin Laden was handed over, and don’t tell me that Pakistan wouldn’t have boxed him up with a nice bow for us if we WOULD have continued to bomb and destroy Afghanistan. And then we should get OUT and leave them to pick up the pieces.

The way I see it, if a Country wants new infrastructure or new Government buildings, all they have to do is attack us somehow, and AFTER we are done blowing up their Country, we will spend hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars (borrowed money I might add) to rebuild their Country. I think this is a very dangerous position to have.

And you are SO right about aid when disaster strikes here also.

I also believe that the United States should be self sufficient, meaning EVERYTHING Americans want, should be produced here. I’m sure this isn’t a very popular belief, but I believe that product brought over here from Countries that allow for unfair wages or working conditions should have tarrifs placed against them to bring the price in competition with the same product produced here. It really isn’t “fair” for Wal Mart to buy products in China, that pays their workers far less than we do, and by the way has a COMMUNIST Government whom we are supporting by purchasing those products, and sell them here after being shipped or flown here from half way around the World for a cheaper price than the same product produced here. How are we doing anything less than ENCOURAGING China to continue to pay these unfair wages?

There is ample supply of oil and Natural Gas right here in the US also. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. And the way I see it, IF the oil supply ran out, the GREAT American inventors would come up with another product that would take oil’s place.

Call me radical, extreme, an isolationist or whatever else you want to call me.

I consider myself a REAL American, and I want what is best for US, and the rest of the World be damned as far as I’m concerned, if they don’t understand that we are going to “stand down” from our “leadership” (really, in my opinion this is simply short for “ONE TO BLAME WHEN THINGS GO WRONG”) position.

We are going to hell in a hand basket. When a child can be suspended from school for simply saying that they thought a certain teacher was “cute” (and NOT to the teacher mind you, but to another student and the teacher overheard the conversation), or when the Ft Hood shooter incident can be classified as “workplace violence”, or the man running for President doesn’t even have to prove he is eligible under our CONSTITUTION, then we have some problems here that need tending too, BEFORE we go and try to bail Europe out of the mess they GOT THEMSELVES in too.

I tend to agree with oldsalt, we need a REDO of our ENTIRE Government from the Executive Branch, to the Judicial Branch, to the Legislative Branch.

And I agree that ALMOST EVERY ONE of them are complicient, and punishement should be harsh and swift.

And one last thing………….it’s about time Obama decided to do his job, and NOT go on vacation for 3 months of the year. What an arrogant man he is, flying here and there on our dime, staying at extravagant places in exotic locations while the Country crashes and burns.

Not that I’m jealous or anything, but it is OUR money that they are paying for these vacations with. I haven’t been able to afford a vacation since the wife and I flew to Orando to watch the last night time launch of the Space shuttle two years ago, and that was a four day trip that we had to scrape together our last dime to get to go.

Not that I beleive anything will get done that will benefit the Country, it’s the picture that he paints every time they fly off to wherever. Arrogance is the best word I can come up with that describes it best. To hell with you, I’m the PRESIDENT and you WILL pay for me and my family to go wherever we want, with his middle finger rubbing his nose.

I can’t say I “hate” Obama, but I can say that I sure HATE what he is doing to our Country.

He sure can talk pretty though.

Oh my. Then the Repub from Indiana said other states should be on the lookout for voter fraud in 2012… DUH.

    ib and scarolina,

i live in st joseph county, in and the news that people’s names were being forged in this county to get obama on the ballot doesn’t surprise me one bit. the dem party in this county will do anything. and i mean anything.

  58. Hi IB…………….From Allen County

  59. YO…………………
I assume that it is you who lives in St.Joseph County. So once again, HI from Allen County. Oldsalt79 said that.

  60. IB……………………..
One thing is certain……..the LIBERAL DEMOCRATS are going to have their heads handed to them in twenty twelve. The Democratic party is going to receive one of the worst defeats in the history of the party, and possibly in the history of the US. In effect the LUNATIC LEFT along withy their Democratic base could easily dissappear from the face of the earth. There will be millions of Dems whose JAWS will drop in disbelief, ant that will be the moment of their REALITY,and RE-EDUCATION. Most Democrats are in the belief that they are so super intelligent, and therefore super IMPORTANT,and everybody should KISS their FEET. 2012 is going to wipe the continuous smirk off of their faces, and their aire of importance will evaporate. Instead we will be telling them to KISS OUR A$$ES. Will feel really great seeing them finally put in their place.

  61. I watched Newt tonight at the Jewish Federation. He performed very well, and it appeared that his audience were accepting what he had to say. Pretty enthusiastic. This was an important speech for him. If he gets the JEWISH CAMP in his corner Soetoro is finished. If Romney becomeas the Republican candidate Soetoro will win the election. The Soetoro people are trying to STEER the voting public into voting for Romney, because the LIBS know that Soetoro can DEFEAT Romney. Romney only needs to stumble over ONE word,HESITATE, or sound like a wimp, and he will be finished. It gets really hairy when you try to sound forceful, when you aren’t sure of what you are talking about. If his facial expressions communicate unsureness he will be finished. He is now up against Newt Gingrich, who KNOWS how to act in this circumstance. His body language reflects it as well.

  62. For the information of seniors out there who don’t understand what happened to Social Security……..here is a little clue for you, particularly if you are a Democrat. Way back in 1968 Lyndon Baines Johnson along with Congress liquidated the Annuities ,and put the proceeds into the general fund. This was accomplished via an alleged “accounting change”. This was done so that the Social Security funds could become the NEW DEMOCRATIC SLUSH FUND. It was then RAPED repeatedly, to support wars, and to give Congress 27%increases, along with some alleged PORK BARREL money spending. The Republicans also knew what was going on but done nothing to correct it. In fact they too enjoyed the 27% increases. They were as complicent as the Dems, because they winked and looked the other way. Billions was stolen from Social Security by the subsequent administrations as well. I get really bent out of shape when I hear a moron trying to call Social Security a PONZI SCHEME. This sort of expression comes fro SNOT NOSED CHILDREN WHO WERE NOT ON EARTH WHEN Social Security was devised and put in place. BY the way you need to know that this was all devised with the association of ALL of the MAJOR LIFE INSURANCE companies, and it was designed basically by them as a GIANT ANNUITY. Sadly the young snot nosed cheap little politicians don’t know this because they were not around when it was designed, yet they try to talk as though they know it all.

  63. Now you know why Social Security is nearly broke. Had it been left alone it would be as viable today as it was in the beginning. You can’t take money out of the bank faster than you put it in. Soon you will have NOTHING left in your account. This applies to Social Security as well. Sadly the youngsters who would receive Social Security in the future are really PISSED OFF, but they think it was a ponzi scheme, and most of the youngsters are not informed about the truth. Medicare is another facet of Social Security. In 2009 Soetoro RAPED the MEDICARE system, and ILLEGALLY took $500 BILLION from medicare to GIVE AWAY TO GUTTER SCUM BAG FRIENDS OF HIS WHO REFUSE TO WORK OR PAY IN TO THE SYSTEM. They get ER MEDICAL CARE FREE on OUR DIME. Hopefully in 2012 their free lunches, and free medical care will come to a screeching halt. Ther are enough of us to accomplish the mission…….but the question is DO YOU EVEN GIVE A DAMN ABOUT IT. IF

  64. …………..you don’t give a damn about it then don’t whine on my shoulder about your SS problems.

  65. BYE BYE ALL time to hit the hay!

  66. Before I shut down I would like to add just one more little observation which I am certain will piss all of you off at me. I stand on the fact that our country can no longer compete with the rest of the world, because it costs us 100 times more to produce a product than it does in most of the rest of the world. Until Americans learn to live within their means, our cost to produce a product will CONTINUE TO RISE. BY AND BY an automobile could cost over $500,000.00. As long as ORGANISED labor has it’s way production cost will rise. Then more companies will grab a boat headed East,West,or South, and the employees will be left to strke all they want.

  67. I’m out of here! Goodnight all!

  68. Fukushima nuclear reactor 4 possibly collapsing, say sources, mass evacuations may be necessary

(NaturalNews) After enduring many months of total information blackout on the situation, an intelligence source connected with NaturalNews has just informed us that Fukushima Daiichi nuclear reactor 4 may now on the verge of collapsing, and that mass evacuations in northern Japan could be necessary if such a collapse occurs and is confirmed.

NaturalNews presents this only as a precautionary alert, as we have not yet been about to double or triple confirm this report, but we are actively investigating and will bring you updates in a timely manner.

Reactor 4, you may remember, had been given the silent treatment by the plant’s operator, the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), immediately following the massive earthquake and tsunami that struck the fragile plant back in March. For weeks, the public was left in the dark about the status of reactor 4’s cooling pools, and about whether or not the reactor’s spent fuel rods were exposed.

It now appears, however, that reactor 4’s cooling tower, which had previously been reported to be leaning and in danger of falling (http://enenews.com/very-very-seriou…), is now following course with its inevitable fate, which is a possible total collapse.

According to our source, the entire reactor 4 structure has been deemed “highly unstable,” and the south wall of the reactor appears to be headed into an imminent structural failure. This situation, of course, is extremely dangerous and could have devastating consequences for Northern Japan as well as North America, which is why mass evacuations in Japan would be a likely outcome in the hours following such a collapse.

As soon as NaturalNews learns more information about this breaking situation, we will provide the details to our readers. Until then, stay tuned as we investigate the situation further, and work to verify the details of the situation with second and third sources.

  69. Aloha, DABIG, and thanks for the post!

    You’re making me work 🙂

I just checked with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Nuclear Energy Insititute and neither are reporting an imminent collapse of Reactor 4. Yet.

After the event last spring, I recall getting images of the reactors at work and distinctly remember Reactor 4 ‘leaning’ then. I also recall reports of workers trying to ‘shore up’ the reactor since then however, the radiation levels inside those damaged reactors made much of the ‘shoring up’ impossible.

Let me check with my cronies…oops, I mean dear coworkers, to see if they have anything on this.

Will post if I get something worthwhile.

This is an e-mail I sent to the SOS of Tenn.
    Tre Hargett,
May I ask how Mr. Obama was placed on the ballot for Tennessee when he has never provided verification that he is a Natural Born Citizen which requires two American Citizen parents. I find it difficult to understand why you fail to honor the Constitution. Did you take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution? Article one, Section two of the Constitution requires that to be President or Vice President, you must be a Natural Born Citizen. Did Mr. Obama provide you with any documentation to verify the he meets the qualifications?
Sir, I am retired from the U. S. Air Force and still uphold my oath to the Constitution. Please, do the same thing.

  72. Coot, that is an excellent letter – well-spoken and from the heart!

I really believe that our best chance of getting Obama OUT is to keep him from getting ON the ballot in a number of key states. Yes, we would have someone else to run against, BUT the apple cart would be slightly jarred, if not upset.

There are a number of valiant efforts being made along that line, not the least of which is Arpaio’s cold case posse trying to get to the bottom of his “irregularities”, to put it mildly.

  73. re: the ballot fraud in st joe county, indiana.

i live in this county. mike dvorak, the county prosecutor, is taking up the case and is going to investigate.

So don’t anyone get their hopes up. Even though we have numerous people who’s names were on the petitions to get obama on the ballot who say their names were forged, there will not be any serious effort to find out what happened by dvorak. Who’s kidding who. We know the score.

Here’s the deal. If dvorak does a phony investigation and exonerates the crooks, no heat on dvorak. If he does a real investigation, that’s the end of dvorak in the democratic party. So, what is he going to do?

Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

I have a question for the girlies: Who’s your daddy???

  78. Air Force Brat | December 14, 2011 at 7:08 pm |

    Hey AFB,

Ya, I remember the Romanian way of dealing with issues like that and I’m proud to claim a bit of Romanian heritage meeself.

Let’s coin a new term: ‘Pulling a Ceaucescu’ on someone.

    We can only hope…

  79. Air Force Brat

Amen, SueK. That one’s got quite a ring to it !!!

I’m not really, really wild about any of the GOP candidates just yet, although I admit to having a slight preference for Perry. I like a man who’ll shoot a coyote instead of cower in fear and submission like the White House Occutard. But WHOEVER the nominee is, that’s who I’m voting for. We have one, and ONLY one, chance to get it right. There is absolutely NO margin for error in this election.

  80. Let me say one thing with regard to the RACIST BULLSH#T. When push comes to shove I can guarantee you that the RACIST BULLSH#T will be SHOVED up the A$$ of those who scream it. Including Soetoro. When or if he tries to impose martial law upon innocent Americans he will find a new hemmroid treatment has just been administered to him, but of course he has a great deal of experience with things being shoved up his A$$……..but mostly be his Barney Frank type of friends. Oh, he enjoys it so!

  81. Hi AFB,

A friend and I were just discussing our POTUS ‘choices’ today over brunch; seems to be a choice between cat poop and dog poop. No matter which we choose, we get poop. Looks as if this’ll be another election where I hold my nosey and fill in the oval.

IMO, Perry’s performance in the debates has sunk him, as has his stand on illegal aliens; Ron Paul turned our to be the wingnut we thought he was; Bachmann isn’t getting much support and no one knows who the hell Huntsman is.

That leaves the Newt and the Mitt. Unless the Lord delivers our Savior from on high, I’m afraid these are our choices.

Newt is an insider and I’m convinced that he’s NWO. My pal was saying today that she wished Hillary were running until I straightened her out on the Clintons. The Newt, Wild Bill and Billary are all cut from the same NWO cloth. Newt is a globalist and no one can tell me different; he’s been on the inside too long. If, however, he were the (R) nominee, I’d LOVE to see him hand Barky his ass on a platter during a debate. That’d be worth the price of admission :).

That leaves the Mitt, whose real name, BTW, is Willard. I was hired under the Romney administration, and things were very good for MA during his tenure; it all went south when Cadillac Deval Patrick (D) took over. Mitt’s a decent, honest man, a super family man, and an ace businessman. His wife, Ann, would put Sasquatch to shame as First Lady. She has had MS for years and is an inspiration to those of us who either have it, or are evaluating for it.

If anyone asks me who I trust above all others in the field, I would have to say Mitt. My friend commented today that he’s really not a politician, to which I replied ‘And that’s good!’ I’ve just about had it with politicians, in general.

If we wanna talke about the ‘flip flopping’ then I’m a flip flopper, too! As we age, some of the ideas and beliefs we had when we were younger suddenly do not work for us; I was whole hog pro-choice years ago but have changed my opinion completely. So, I don’t call this flip flopping; I call it reexamining the issue and perhaps deciding that the opposite stance is the right one.

That said, I will vote for whomever is the (R) nominee; I don’t think this is the time for a third party as that candidate would siphon off votes from the (R) nominee and hand the election to Barky for another 4 years; America will NOT survive if that happens.

Just my thoughts at this point. I want the Barkster and the Wookie out of my house!

  82. Hi OldSalt,

…but tell us how you *really* feel :).

Fwank decided not to run again in this moonbat haven called Massachusetts because his district was split up (we lost a few House seats) and he would’ve LOST! Good riddance to him; MA doesn’t need him or his ‘politics.’

Here’s the way to shut up anyone who calls you a racist for not voting for Barky: Ask them if they know who Ambassador Alan Keyes is. When they answer in the affirmative, tell them that ‘s who you voted for in 2008, so cut the ‘racist’ sh*t. That usually shuts them up; it worked for me last week.

If the White House Insider is right, the race card will be played to the max in this next election. It’ll be interesting to see how this all plays out. We’ve gotta be ready for it when it happens, armed with a quick comeback.

BTW, expect a visit from Santa towards midweek; he said he’d be hitting your house early :).

  83. Hi Sue, I enjoyed reading your thoughts about the candidates. I cannot disagree with you really. Although there is something about Newt that appeals to me (I remember well his tenure in the House in the 90’s – good and alleged bad), I do know that he is at heart a big government guy – if he can use it to suit his purposes. There is grave danger in that philosophy. and I am not happy over it.

I do think he could “mop the floor” with O in a debate; however, we have to be mindful of the average, simple-minded voter who will be watching those debates. To them Newt could appear as an old, aged white guy against a “youthful” black fellow for whom many have a great deal of sympathy. Crazy? You bet, but that is somewhat the hand that is dealt us.

Up to recently I haven’t trusted Mitt too much – have felt that he is rather suave and smooth. The so-called flip-flops are not as much concern to me. As you say, people do change their minds – e.g., Reagan, George H. W. Bush re. abortion.

That still leaves the “smooth, slick” impression, but, you know what? I just remembered my first real job interview in Phoenix back in 1961. The managing partner of the accounting firm was just exactly like that – SO nice and suave.

After the interview I told my folks that he couldn’t be for real and gave me the creeps, literally. I was employed and had many contacts with him over the years. He was truly very NICE – probably the most polite and tactful man I’ve ever met. He really was genuine, and I had to retract my first impression of him. He died a few years ago, and I have to say that I have wanted to emulate him, especially in the way he handled clients so skillfully. He wasn’t creepy after all. His demeanor was absolutely real.

Whoever wins the nomination I will support against O.

  84. Linked from Drudge. Kim Jong Il is dead:

    …and Vaclav Havel today.

One good guy and one really bad guy. The karma is turning.

  85. Hi Cabby,

Being here in MA where Mitt was Gov. for two terms, I can tell you that what you see is what you get. I never saw any underhanded tactics coming from that administration, unlike what I see under Coupe Deval these days.

He was always a gentleman and IMO, governed well. Surprisingly, there’s a way to send an e-mail from the office of the Governor that’s not a ‘listserve’ e-mail; the mails were addressed to only YOU from Governor Mitt Romney and they were frequent. They contained any pertinent info regarding what was happening, legislation pending, new appointments and best of all, an annual invitation to the Christmas (yes, CHRISTMAS!) tree lighting ceremonies with he and Ann. There have been no invites from Cadillac Deval…

I never felt that he was a slick dude; I felt that he was a good businessman and ran the state accordingly. As my pal said today, he’s not your consummate politician and he proved it here. Of course, the moonbats were squirming through his entire two terms and it was fun to watch. One of my (former) friends was the moonbat’s moonbat, and she thought it was her job to verbally castrate Mitt every day he was in office. Guess what? She, too, was hired under Romney and summarily dismissed (read that as fired) when her Democrat Patrick assumed the Governorship. Ain’t life funny? My job was eliminated (I was not fired) under Patrick however, I was able to catch a safety net and move to another position. So, departments that were functioning well were basically gutted when Coupe Deval took over; Mitt left the state with a budget surplus and Patrick has dug us into a fiscal hole with his liberal progressive philosphy. Since Patrick has been in office, there hasn’t been a year without massive layoffs, and calls for voluntary early retirement. You be the judge as to who was the better of the two.

Over the years, he has given me no reason to mistrust him; those were good years ‘working’ for him; I was proud to do it and would do it again in a heartbeat. Unless something changes radically, I’m sticking with Mitt. I would, however, like to see Newt rip Barky a new one in a debate :).

  86. Hi Sue,
It is good to hear of your first-hand experience with Gov. Romney. I do know that he was able to work with a Democratic majority in your legislature. The truth is that any of the really conservative candidates is not going to be elected in 2012, simply because the general electorate is too middle-of-the-road, and O will get in again. He may anyway, by devious means which none of us wants to have to believe.

This Ship of State is not going to be turned around 180 degrees in one election. The erosion has taken a long time to get us to this point and it cannot be reversed easily. The best we can hope for is that the brakes can be applied sufficiently to avert a complete disaster, which is inevitable if O remains in power.

  87. I had in mind conservatives like Santorum and Bachmann when I said that “the truth is that any of the really conservative candidates is not going to be elected in 2012….” in my above post.

  88. Air Force Brat

Only thing that scares me is the thought that many Americans will base a candidate’s office-worthiness on his or her performance in the Almighty Debates. That definitely DOESN’T refer to anyone here; I’m talking about “the public” in general. To them I say: I thought this was going to be an election, not a debate tournament. Is a smooth performance on TV honestly how America is going to choose its President? God forbid. Is America as a whole THAT fu*king stupid? I sincerely hope not.

The only person in all of history who would be the PERFECT candidate was nailed to a cross 2000 years ago. The prime directive in this election will be: We have to do what we can with what we have, and leave the rest to God Almighty.

    CHRISTMAS at the Gas Station
    Gets better every year!!
The old man sat in his gas station on a cold Christmas Eve. He hadn’t been anywhere in years since his wife had passed away. It was just another day to him. He didn’t hate Christmas, just couldn’t find a reason to celebrate. He was sitting there looking at the snow that had been falling for the last hour and wondering what it was all about when the door opened and a homeless man stepped through.

Instead of throwing the man out, Old George as he was known by his customers, told the man to come and sit by the heater and warm up. “Thank you, but I don’t mean to intrude,” said the stranger. “I see you’re busy, I’ll just go.”

“Not without something hot in your belly.” George said.

He turned and opened a wide mouth Thermos and handed it to the stranger. “It ain’t much, but it’s hot and tasty. Stew … Made it myself. When you’re done, there’s coffee and it’s fresh.”

Just at that moment he heard the “ding” of the driveway bell. “Excuse me, be right back,” George said. There in the driveway was an old ’53 Chevy. Steam was rolling out of the front.. The driver was panicked. “Mister can you help me!” said the driver, with a deep Spanish accent. “My wife is with child and my car is broken.” George opened the hood. It was bad. The block looked cracked from the cold, the car was dead.

“You ain’t going in this thing,” George said as he turned away.

“But Mister, please help …” The door of the office closed behind George as he went inside. He went to the office wall and got the keys to his old truck, and went back outside. He walked around the building, opened the garage, started the truck and drove it around to where the couple was waiting. “Here, take my truck,” he said. “She ain’t the best thing you ever looked at, but she runs real good.”

George helped put the woman in the truck and watched as it sped off into the night. He turned and walked back inside the office. “Glad I gave ’em the truck, their tires were shot too. That ‘ol truck has brand new .” George thought he was talking to the stranger, but the man had gone. The Thermos was on the desk, empty, with a used coffee cup beside it. “Well, at least he got something in his belly,” George thought.

George went back outside to see if the old Chevy would start. It cranked slowly, but it started. He pulled it into the garage where the truck had been. He thought he would tinker with it for something to do. Christmas Eve meant no customers. He discovered the the block hadn’t cracked, it was just the bottom hose on the radiator. “Well, shoot, I can fix this,” he said to himself. So he put a new one on.

“Those tires ain’t gonna get ’em through the winter either.” He took the snow treads off of his wife’s old Lincoln. They were like new and he wasn’t going to drive the car anyway.

As he was working, he heard shots being fired. He ran outside and beside a police car an officer lay on the cold ground. Bleeding from the left shoulder, the officer moaned, “Please help me.”

George helped the officer inside as he remembered the training he had received in the Army as a medic. He knew the wound needed attention. “Pressure to stop the bleeding,” he thought. The uniform company had been there that morning and had left clean shop towels. He used those and duct tape to bind the wound. “Hey, they say duct tape can fix anythin’,” he said, trying to make the policeman feel at ease.

“Something for pain,” George thought. All he had was the pills he used for his back. “These ought to work.” He put some water in a cup and gave the policeman the pills. “You hang in there, I’m going to get you an ambulance.”

The phone was dead. “Maybe I can get one of your buddies on that there talk box out in your car.” He went out only to find that a bullet had gone into the dashboard destroying the two way radio.

He went back in to find the policeman sitting up. “Thanks,” said the officer. “You could have left me there. The guy that shot me is still in the area.”

George sat down beside him, “I would never leave an injured man in the Army and I ain’t gonna leave you.” George pulled back the bandage to check for bleeding. “Looks worse than what it is. Bullet passed right through ‘ya. Good thing it missed the important stuff though. I think with time your gonna be right as rain.”

George got up and poured a cup of coffee. “How do you take it?” he asked.

“None for me,” said the officer..

“Oh, yer gonna drink this. Best in the city. Too bad I ain’t got no donuts.” The officer laughed and winced at the same time.

The front door of the office flew open. In burst a young man with a gun. “Give me all your cash! Do it now!” the young man yelled. His hand was shaking and George could tell that he had never done anything like this before.

“That’s the guy that shot me!” exclaimed the officer.

“Son, why are you doing this?” asked George, “You need to put the cannon away. Somebody else might get hurt.”

The young man was confused. “Shut up old man, or I’ll shoot you, too. Now give me the cash!”

The cop was reaching for his gun. “Put that thing away,” George said to the cop, “we got one too many in here now.”

He turned his attention to the young man. “Son, it’s Christmas Eve. If you need money, well then, here. It ain’t much but it’s all I got. Now put that pea shooter away.”

George pulled $150 out of his pocket and handed it to the young man, reaching for the barrel of the gun at the same time. The young man released his grip on the gun, fell to his knees and began to cry. “I’m not very good at this am I? All I wanted was to buy something for my wife and son,” he went on. “I’ve lost my job, my rent is due, my car got repossessed last week.”

George handed the gun to the cop. “Son, we all get in a bit of squeeze now and then. The road gets hard sometimes, but we make it through the best we can.”

He got the young man to his feet, and sat him down on a chair across from the cop. “Sometimes we do stupid things.” George handed the young man a cup of coffee. “Bein’ stupid is one of the things that makes us human. Comin’ in here with a gun ain’t the answer. Now sit there and get warm and we’ll sort this thing out.”

The young man had stopped crying. He looked over to the cop. “Sorry I shot you. It just went off. I’m sorry officer.”

“Shut up and drink your coffee ” the cop said.

George could hear the sounds of sirens outside. A police car and an ambulance skidded to a halt. Two cops came through the door, guns drawn. “Chuck! You ok?” one of the cops asked the wounded officer.

“Not bad for a guy who took a bullet. How did you find me?”

“GPS locator in the car. Best thing since sliced bread. Who did this?” the other cop asked as he approached the young man.

Chuck answered him, “I don’t know. The guy ran off into the dark. Just dropped his gun and ran.”

George and the young man both looked puzzled at each other.

“That guy work here?” the wounded cop continued.

“Yep,” George said, “just hired him this morning. Boy lost his job.”

The paramedics came in and loaded Chuck onto the stretcher. The young man leaned over the wounded cop and whispered, “Why?”

Chuck just said, “Merry Christmas boy … and you too, George, and thanks for everything.”

“Well, looks like you got one doozy of a break there. That ought to solve some of your problems.”

George went into the back room and came out with a box. He pulled out a ring box. “Here you go, something for the little woman. I don’t think Martha would mind. She said it would come in handy some day.”

The young man looked inside to see the biggest diamond ring he ever saw. “I can’t take this,” said the young man. “It means something to you.”

“And now it means something to you,” replied George. “I got my memories. That’s all I need.”

George reached into the box again. An airplane, a car and a truck appeared next. They were toys that the oil company had left for him to sell. “Here’s something for that little man of yours.”

The young man began to cry again as he handed back the $150 that the old man had handed him earlier.

“And what are you supposed to buy Christmas dinner with? You keep that too,” George said. “Now git home to your family.”

The young man turned with tears streaming down his face. “I’ll be here in the morning for work, if that job offer is still good.”

“Nope. I’m closed Christmas day,” George said. “See ya the day after.”

George turned around to find that the stranger had returned. “Where’d you come from? I thought you left?”

“I have been here. I have always been here,” said the stranger. “You say you don’t celebrate Christmas. Why?”

“Well, after my wife passed away, I just couldn’t see what all the bother was. Puttin’ up a tree and all seemed a waste of a good pine tree. Bakin’ cookies like I used to with Martha just wasn’t the same by myself and besides I was gettin’ a little chubby.”

The stranger put his hand on George’s shoulder. “But you do celebrate the holiday, George. You gave me food and drink and warmed me when I was cold and hungry. The woman with child will bear a son and he will become a great doctor.

The policeman you helped will go on to save 19 people from being killed by terrorists. The young man who tried to rob you will make you a rich man and not take any for himself. “That is the spirit of the season and you keep it as good as any man.”

George was taken aback by all this stranger had said. “And how do you know all this?” asked the old man.

“Trust me, George. I have the inside track on this sort of thing. And when your days are done you will be with Martha again.”

The stranger moved toward the door. “If you will excuse me, George, I have to go now. I have to go home where there is a big celebration planned.”

George watched as the old leather jacket and the torn pants that the stranger was wearing turned into a white robe. A golden light began to fill the room.

“You see, George … it’s My birthday. Merry Christmas.”

George fell to his knees and replied, “Happy Birthday, Lord Jesus”

This story is better than any greeting card.

Now clear the lump from your throat, blow your nose, and send this along to a friend of yours or someone who may need a reminder as to why we celebrate Christmas.

“Now clear the lump from your throat, blow your nose, and send this along to a friend of yours or someone who may need a reminder as to why we celebrate Christmas.”
I did all three. Thanks 🙂

  91. Don, I join scarolina with the Kleenex box right here; mascara is now located on my knees…

I’ve never seen that story but *thank you* for posting it! This will go to my entire address book.

A very merry Christmas and best wishes for a happy and *healthy* 2012 to you and all FoCWers :).

  92. While we’re all huddled around the Kleenex box at Christmas time, here’s another: A homeless young man from South Korea knocked their socks off with his performance on Korea’s Got Talent. He was the first runner-up, but I think a bright future is just around the corner for this amazing guy. The subtitles tell his story.

Please take a minute, watch and listen!

  93. I know there have been lots of talk previously about chem trails – did you see this from Birmingham AL last Friday? There are three pictures so just click the arrow to see each one of them. WEIRD. (hope this link comes thru)

  94. Hi scarolina,

    Ya, weird, huh?

Those are Kelvin-Helmholtz waves and they form due to two layers of air moving at different speeds; the top layer moves faster than the bottom layer and sort of ‘drags’ the clouds on top. They signify turbulence in the atmosphere, but cause no severe weather.

I’ve never seen these ‘live and in person’ but I have seen mammatus clouds…another weirdo formation. We don’t see them too much in New England, but I’m sure that the south and midwest are familiar with them. They usually form due to sinking air when the worst part of the thunderstorm has passed but are *not* associated with tornadoes, as is commonly thought. Take a look:

Mother nature never ceases to amaze!

P.S. December 21, and the Boston area is experiencing thunderstorms! 🙂

  95. Hi Sue,
Enjoyed immensely the pictures of cloud formations! Thanks for sharing.
I’ve seen something similar to some of them right here in AZ.

  96. Hi Cabby,

So many clouds, so little time! With just the right atmospheric conditions, you see a variety of super clouds you’d swear were ‘created.’

The ones that always fascinated me are lenticular clouds, which generally form over mountains. If you scroll down the pics on this link, you’ll see one that appeared in your own back yard!

These are usually an indication of atmospheric stability; you can see why many people call their local police department to report a UFO when they form :).

  97. Sue – Amazing!! Yes, I see the one picture taken over Sedona! Of course, they really do look like an alien spaceship – Ha! So I can see why people would call in to “report” them. You’ve shed a lot of light for us today.

  98. Hi Cabby,

Yup, the lenticular clouds seemed to like the red rocks :).

I keep Meteorology as an informed hobby; I left the program in college back in the 1980s when I realized there were no jobs to be had and I needed to focus on a field that’d pay the bills!

Regarding the (R) contenders for POTUS: Our choices are limited however, even if I don’t agree with the nominee (or even like them) I will vote for them. We must stay focused on one thing, and that’s to get the clown posse out of our house then, fumigate it! If we decide on Paul, Bachmann, Romney, Gingrich or anyone else, we need to back them 100%, regardless of whether or not their platform meshes with our perception of the ideal candidate. As AFB so succinctly put it, we’re not gonna get a perfect candidate; beating Barky is what it’s all about!

I’ve been listening to talk radio more than usual, and some are saying that if (fill in the blank) is the nominee, they’ll vote third party. I’ll tell you a short story about third party candidates: Good dude Charlie Baker challenged Cadillac Deval Patrick for the Governorship last time around. Our State Treasurer, Tim Cahill (a flip-flop Dem) ran an an Independent and sure enough, even though Cahill didn’t have an ice cube’s chance in hell of winning, he stayed in the race until the bitter end, even though he was polling in the single digits.

What do you suppose happened? Cahill siphoned off voters who would’ve gone for Baker and that handed reelection to Patrick.

Perhaps down the road we may want to consider a strong third party however, America is in crises *right now* and now is not the time to consider a third party; we need to get the moron out of power.

IMO, it’s as simple as that.

  99. Wow, Sue those lenticular cloud pics are awesome. Thanks for posting them.

  100. Hi Sue,
You are absolutely right about a third party at this time. It really scares me because of the consequences you’ve pointed out. I understand that there could even be more than one. Gary Johnson, the Repub governor of N.M., has reportedly dropped out of the Repub race and is going to run on the Libertarian ticket. Trump is still toying around, and it remains to be seen what Paul may do if he doesn’t succeed in the primaries. It is going to be a bumpy ride in many ways.

  101. Air Force Brat

I wanted to take this opportunity to wish one and all a Merry Christmas. Yes, that’s right, Christmas. Not “Happy Holidays”, not “Season’s Greetings”, not ‘Kunte Kwaanza”, but Merry Christmas.

Oh how I miss those Christmases of not so long ago, when people could go carolling and look forward to receiving a cup of hot chocolate and a plate of cookies, instead of an arrest warrant and a lawsuit filed by some Communist sympathizer.

  102. Hi Cabby,

Yup, I believe a third party at this point would be a disaster however, we as a nation may want to start thinking seriously about an alternative to the Socialist Dems and the spineless Repubs who’ve *both* had a hand in destroying America. Don’t know about you, but I don’t see many other alternatives, here.

Hope that you and the Captain have a very merry Christmas!

  103. …and a very MERRY CHRISTMAS to you, too, AFB.

I’m afraid we can’t go back to the ‘good old days;’ we’ve changed (or have been forced to change) too much however, we can begin to create new, kinder traditions away from the threat of the ACLU, the police or the courts. We need to do that.

Hope you’re planning something special for Boo and ‘Shine on Sunday (I know you are!); have a wonderful Christmas!

  104. Air Force Brat

Hi SueK — yes, indeed I am. Those spoiled little bundles of feathers are getting a honking big sack of millet sprays and several “shredder” toys. That’ll keep their little beaks busy for a while!

And what have you got planned for your critters? Have they been naughty, or have they been extra-nice? 🙂 🙂 🙂

  105. Hi AFB,

Oooh! The feathers will love that! My outdoor birds and mammals will be getting something special, too!

For the indoor hooligans, we have:
    Saltpeter for Merlin pig
A chastity belt for Lucy pig
An entire apple orchard for Angel bun
An audio book (he doesn’t read) for Toby bun, entitled ‘How to not be afraid of your food.’

That should work! I’m just glad that they’re all here in their ‘furever’ home.

The Captain did give me a Christmas gift: A prime rib. No kidding. I can honestly say that no one has ever given me a prime rib before…

Of course, the best gift to America would be to rid the slime from that cesspool called Washington, D.C. C’mon, let’s DO IT in 2012!

  106. Sue – love the gifts for the babies!! Too funny.

  107. Hi scarolina,

Hope you’ll have the chance to see Princess on Sunday :).

Actually, my food store helped me out with ‘real’ presents to put in the beasts’ tiny stockings; the produce manager had just gotten a shipment of *cherries* from Chile (Chilean cherries are very good!) and since all Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse love cherries I got them some. It’ll be fun to watch those tiny paws and big mouths maneuvering the cherries; since the pits are poisonous, Mom will have to remove those first.

Hope you and the family have a wonderful Christmas!

  108. Hope everyone had a nice Christmas!

From WHI via Ulsterman. Please, folks, pay attention to this:

Would someone please cross-post to CW? I’m banned.

  109. SueK – I just copied your post (minus your name 🙂 over to CW

  110. Thanks, Scarolina; I saw it :).

Everything I post goes into moderation hell then, is deleted. Must be something I said….

We need to watch this; we already know there’ll be rampant election fraud next November so forewarned is forearmed!

Wonder what else is in their little bag of dirty tricks?

It does not matter; it is all FRAUD.

There is a man in the White House who will not properly identify himself, and WE SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW WHO OUR “PRESIDENT” IS.

It is no small wonder that they don’t want voters to identify themselves at the polls!

  112. I don’t know how many of you used to read a blog by Michelle Whitedove (psychic). It has been a long time since I looked up her predictions – I guess coming up on 2012 made me think of her and so I went to her webpage just to see if she made any predictions. I wanted to see how many things she predicted for 2011 actually happened. On the 2012 prediction page she actually talks about the HAARP weather controls and that our govt has underground facilities in Colorado. Most of what she predicts isn’t anything we haven’t been discussing off and on for quite some time tho. Anyway, just thought I’d add the link if anyone wanted to read it.

  113. Interested Bystander

She sure doesn’t paint a rosey picture, does she?

She didn’t predict who would win the Presidential election though, or did I miss that?

  114. Hi IB,

Nope, she didn’t however, that bastion of moonbattiness, TheDaily Kos, sure did.

Who do you think they say will be POTUS? Hmmm….

When you’re from the country, your perception is a little bit different.

A farmer drove to a neighbor’s farmhouse and knocked at the door.
A boy, about 9, opened the door “Is your dad or mom home?” said the farmer.
    “No, they went to town.”
“How about your brother, Howard? Is he here?”
“No, he went with Mom and Dad.”
The farmer stood there for a few minutes, shifting from one foot to the other, and mumbling to himself.
“I know where all the tools are, if you want to borrow one, or I can give Dad a message.”
“Well,” said the farmer uncomfortably, “I really wanted to talk to your Dad. It’s about your brother Howard getting my daughter Suzy pregnant”.
The boy thought for a moment…
“You would have to talk to Dad about that. I know he charges $500 for the bull and $50 for the pig, but I don’t know how much he charges for Howard.”

  116. Don, you really come up with some good ones!

Obama Announces He can Imprison Anyone He Chooses…IF He Chooses to do so

    by Sher Zieve, ©2012

Is Obama planning to detain people he deems to be “terrorists?”
    (Jan. 2, 2012)

Obama has just announced–in his own words–that he can detain (imprison) anyone he wants with the new unconstitutional NDAA bill passed by Congress and signed by the now self-proclaimed Dictator-in-Chief Barack Hussein Obama. Note: As usual, the Marxist-media doesn’t care and is, instead, jubilant that Dear Leader Obama has finally done away with that pesky Constitution.

“Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values [they are not ’traditions and values’ they are US law] as a Nation. My Administration will interpret section 1021 in a manner that ensures that any detention it authorizes complies with the Constitution, the laws of war, and all other applicable law.” Note: This is another abject ObamaLie. The new revised NDAA bill, which Obama demanded, effectively renders the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights–and the US Constitution, itself–null and void. (my note: A law cannot render the Constitution null and void. It cannot happen…Crazy ole coot).

Read the rest at the above link

  123. Don, we are now full-on into a dictatorship.

Expect Barky to lie again just as he always has; he may start with the bloggers and ‘alternative’ media, who are pretty much the only entities to tell the truth about what’s really going on.

I’ll check out the Oathkeepers site in a few minutes; I wonder what they have to say about this.

I fear America is now lost, regardless of the elections this year. They’re all complicit.

  124. A Crazy Old Coot

I’ve been thinking “again”. First time this year!

The only people I hear saying that obama will be re-elected are the
supposed” news people and politicians. Everyone I talk to say that the only way obama will be re-elected is by election fraud, which is very likely with the electronic voting machines and the dem Sec. of States verifying the results.

So, my guess is that obama will illigally be elected “again”, since he was not qualified the first time.

Merck Scientist Admitted Presence of SV40, AIDS and Cancer Viruses in Vaccines

Infowars Nightly News January 6, 2012

One of the most prominent vaccine scientists in the history of the vaccine industry – a merck scientist – made a recording where he openly admits the vaccines given to americans were contaminated with leukemia and cancer viruses.

  136. Don,

I can verify to a certain point what the Merck scientist has stated from my own experience; of course, he knows a lot more than I do in my limited capacity.

When the H1N1 vaccine was rushed into production a few years ago, I was able to get a list of ingredients in that garbage which included, among other substances, animal cancer cells and ‘Tween’ which is Polysorbate-80…a detergent. Also, Thimerosal, a preservative, was in there, too; this stuff contains mercury.

This is why I’ve been banging the drum for years; know what you’re being injected with before you roll up your sleeve!

  137. A belated Happy New Year to all here!!
I’ve been otherwise occupied lately and haven’t been to this blog for awhile so had to catch up.
Coot, I, too, heard Bret Baier report on the GA case and thought it was a very fair presentation. Here is what I fear (hope I am wrong and would like to eat a plate of crow) – What if this is some sort of set-up whereby the judge will carry on with the case and then decide in O’s favor? O’s attorney has expressed that he thinks the judge will rule for O. Oh, how I wish and pray that this could be the state case that could get the ball rolling. We have been so disappointed many times in the past, however.
Also, there is until Jan. 26th for an appeal to be filed. Time will tell.

This is why I’ve been banging the drum for years; know what you’re being injected with before you roll up your sleeve.
That has been my persuasion for many years, SueK. After all, once the stuff has been injected, it is impossible to get it out of your system. You just have to live with the consequences, and sometimes they turn out to be bad.

  139. Cabby – AZ | January 7, 2012 at 12:24 am
I had the same thoughts – they already ‘know’ the case will not do anything to his chances in GA. They are ‘allowed’ to talk about it on Fox now because in the end it will be another slap in the face to our cause. I don’t believe they would announce it on air if there was any way it might actually keep him off the ballot.

I try to remain hopeful, but I am afraid that this will turn out to be another Judge Carter case. All promises and no results. I don’t think obama will allow any of his records to be released in a actual court of law.

  141. Scarolina and Coot,
Right now it could be that Sheriff Joe (AZ) would be able to “break through” better than anyone; however, never underestimate the power of the enemy.
Lately I am beginning to realize more than ever that when a dictator comes to power, his power keeps him in place and it becomes increasingly difficult to remove him. That is why men like Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and Cuba’s Fidel Castro remain in power unshaken.

“YOUNG” AND “ATTRACTIVE” DOES NOT EQUATE TO “ELIGIBLE” January 7, 2012 snip You may want to reconsider touting Senator Rubio for VP since his Cuban parents were not US Citizens at his birth; he can never be a natural born citizen as required for POTUS or VPOTUS under the US Constitution. The good Senator is well aware of this problem.

    Hi Scarolina,

Trying to negotiate a new computer and remember URLs before my data is transferred at the beginning of the week.

Here’s what I don’t get about the Perry/Arpaio connection: Perry is full-on into instate tuition for illegal aliens and Sheriff Joe is doing his damndest to get them out of the country.

Is this simply a publicity move by Perry?

  144. Sue, I wasn’t sure of the connection between them either. Just saw the link from another blog and was surprised by it. It may turn out to be publicity but can’t imagine Sheriff Joe going along with it… maybe he hasn’t. I will go do some checking and report back if I find anything else. I probably should have done that first :-0

  145. This article from El Paso paper was back on November 29, 2011.
http://www.elpasotimes.com/news/ci_19430785Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio formally endorsed Perry in New Hampshire Tuesday morning, the first stop in the Texas governor’s latest visit to the first-in-the-nation primary state.
Arpaio says he doesn’t know Perry well, but likes his border experience. ????? <–(my punctuation)
Several candidates, including Mitt Romney, had sought Arpaio's backing.

Atty. Van Irion Discusses Georgia Ballot Challenge and the Constitution

    by Sharon Rondeau

The Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution states “must honor the judgments from courts duly constituted in other states.” They don’t have a choice, and law enforcement must follow the orders of courts from other states. If they don’t, they’re violating their oath. That’s where we’re at now!

  147. Hi All,

Did anyone see the pic of Barky posted on Drudge on Friday, I think? Cabby and I have been wondering who it is; we don’t feel it’s him. She nailed the description of how he looks: Ghastly.

We can’t find the pic in Drudge’s archives, so I’m wondering if anyone took a screen shot of it.

The vid also appears to be someone else. What do y’all think?

    Who is this guy?

  148. Air Force Brat

Looks more like someone photoshopped gray hair onto O-blivion’s head. And has O-blivion ever worn that color of suit before? I honestly don’t remember, but it sure doesn’t look like his “look”. He seems to be more of a navy-blue or black suit guy. And yes, I’ll say the word “black” if I feel like it. (Not directed at anyone on this board !!!). 😀

The Republican legislators and their supporters say Mr. Obama doesn’t meet the definition of “natural-born citizen” because his father was Kenyan. They are relying on an 1875 Supreme Court decision that said a natural-born citizen is someone whose parents are both U.S. citizens at the time of his or her birth.

New Hampshire lawmakers question Obama’s citizenship

President Obama is on the Democratic ballot for New Hampshire’s primary on Tuesday, despite the efforts of some Republican state legislators who argue the president doesn’t qualify as a “natural-born citizen.”

I am going to give up on posting my thoughts after this last one. I will not debate or answer questions or anything else after this.

WHY does anyone in government or any of the news media, to include Fos, even pretend that we still have a Constitution?

    Article I: The Legislative Branch

    Section 8

    Clause 1:

    The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

    Clause 5:

    To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

    1. One of the first things in the Constitution is the ability of Congress to coin money. Nowhere does it grant a private company the authority to coin (print) money, ie the Federal Reserve. So, that part of the Constitution is out.

    Clause 7:

    To establish Post Offices and post Roads;

2, When the Post Office became a private enterprise, it became UnConstitutional. So, that part of the Constitution is out.

    Clause 11:

    To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;

    3. Now the President or president, declares where and when we will go to war without even consulting Congress. So, that part of the Constitution is out.

    Section 9

    Clause 2:

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

    3. So, the NDA A bill signed by Mr. obama does away with Habeas Corpus and can imprison any citizen just on his say so. So, that part of the Constitution is out.

    Clause 7:

No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.

    4. There has never, to my knowledge, been a regular statement and account published. This is NOT a budget. So, that part of the Constitution is out.

    Clause 8:

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by theUnited States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

    5. So, accepting the Nobel Prize is not a present. Surree it’s not! How about a UN position? Well, another part of the Constitution is out.

    Clause 1:

No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

    6. ” make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts”, does this mean that paper money is worthless?? One more part of the Constitution is out.

    Article II: The Executive Branch

    Section 1

    Clause 5:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

    7. The Constitution states the eligibility requirements of the President and Vice President. It requires that they be a Natural Born Citizen. Born in the country of two Citizens. Well, that doesn’t seem to matter anymore. So, that’s out.

I could go on, but the whole idea of the Constitution still being valid has been demonstrated. Why pretend any more. We have lost The United States of America unless a valid President and Vice President can be elected and Congress replaced with people that will honor their oath to the Constitution. I just don’t see that happening in this lifetime.

May God Bless theUnited States of America or what’s left of it!

    The Bill of Rights
    Amendments I – X (Adopted 1791)
    Amendment 1
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

    8. ” and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” Has any of our grievances concerning Mr. Obama been heard yet? Has any case been judged on it’s merits yet?
8a. ” Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” So where does Congress get the authority to deny any county or state government from displaying the 10 Commandments? Didn’t they pass a law banning the display?? – I guess this amendment is gone too.

    Amendment 2
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

    9. Isn’t requiring a license an infringment? I think so. Why do I as an adult Natural Born Citizen have to beg and pay for the right to keep and bear arms?? – I guess this amendment is gone too.

    Amendment 4
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

    10. So, where does the government get the right to take nude pictures and/or inspect my private parts in order to utilize a private transportation vehicle? If the owners of the vehicle (airline) wants to add that to the contract (ticket) then that is their right, not the governments. I want to see the warrant with probable case and my name listed signed by a judge. I don’t want a witch hunt. – I guess this amendment is gone too.

    To be continued……….

  152. A Crazy Old Coot

    Amendment 5

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

    11. ” nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law” …… Does the NDA A bill override this Constitutional Amendment? I guess this Amendment is worthless too.

    Amendment 6

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

    12. ” In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury” …. I wonder what our judicial system considers speedy. ” to be confronted with the witnesses against him;” … Has anyone been able to get a traffic light camera to testify in court against them? Or does a police officer sit and watch each and every camera in order to be able to testify? I guess this Amendment is out too.

    Amendment 7

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of theUnited States, than according to the rules of the common law.

    13. ” In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved” …… So, why are so many cases tried by only a judge? I guess this one is out too.

    Amendment 8

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

    14. ” nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” … Tell that to the inmates in Monroe county,Tennessee.

    To be continued……….

I could go on, but the whole idea of the Constitution still being valid has been demonstrated. Why pretend any more. We have lost The United States of America unless a valid President and Vice President can be elected and Congress replaced with people that will honor their oath to the Constitution. (Jan. 15, 2012) — In 2008 the Republican Party leadership joined the Democrats to violate the Constitution and allow an ineligible candidate to run for President.

By ignoring Obama’s ineligibility, all the Republican Presidential candidates are stating, a priori, that they will not adhere to the President’s oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.”

In essence, the Republican Party is asking the American people to vote for them and, by doing so, accept blatant violations of the Constitution and endorse permanent political corruption in Washington, D.C.

I spoke to attorney with Malihi Court
    Reply |Linda Jordan to me

    January 17, 2012
    7:15 AM PST

I Just spoke with the staff attorney, Kim Beals (?) in Judge Malihi’s court. (pronounced Mali) She said that she was going to talk with the judge about the subpoena but when I asked her if the judge was going to consider evidence and witnesses on January 26th she said “Oh yes, there’s going to be a hearing. There are three separate cases and yes whatever she (Taitz) wants to bring forward will be her decision. She is presenting her case. He will be considering evidence.” or something to that affect. She is talking to the judge now about the subpoena process and is going to call me back.

She just called me back. She said that I could honor the subpoena or make a motion to quash it which basically I would send her a request. I said that no, I wanted to honor it, I just wanted to make sure that the Judge had given Orly Taitz the authority to subpoena evidence and witnesses. And that she would be allowed to present her evidence and witnesses in the court room and the staff attorney said absolutely, maybe not all of it because of objections and what not. I asked that, concerning the subpoenas, did Orly Taitz do anything inappropriate by sending them out and she responded “No, Attorney Taitz has a case pending before Judge Malihi and she can send subpoenas–it’s a form on their website.”

Please feel free to share this on your website and use my name. You have been maligned in this instance. See you in Georgia.

  156. Does anyone post here anymore? Just took a look at CW. It’s a party of Paulians, I see JS the freakazoid is back, it’s a nuthouse over there! (as we know, that’s the whole idea)

  157. A Crazy Old Coot

    indymac | January 29, 2012 at 1:51 am |
I’ve been posting here, but I guess I’m the only one anymore.

  158. Air Force Brat

Not so. I stop in frequently, but rarely post.

Why did CW ever let JS back in? That’s beyond me. And on another matter, why do so many over there buy into jbjd’s crap? Why do they blindly accept whatever he/she/it says as gospel truth? I just now posted a question directed to jbjd, “Have you, or have you not, EVER litigated a case?” He/she/it has never, ever answered my long-ago question of whether he/she/it was a practicing attorney. Personally, I don’t think he/she/it is. ANYONE can cut and paste blocks of text from online statute books. ANYONE can bloviate till the cows come home.

Hey, know what, everyone? I’M THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND !!! You MUST believe it, because I said so !!! 😀

  159. Air Force Brat

I don’t know, maybe IMm the idiot. I’ve only been a paralegal for 13 years. Maybe jbjd really IS the legal godhead that he/she/it claims to be.

  160. Air Force Brat

Ah crap. “I’M”, not “IMm”. Sorry about that.

    Air Force Brat | January 29, 2012 at 9:32 pm |
Ah crap. “I’M”, not “IMm”. Sorry about that.
Don’t worry about it. We all make mistakes.

I too question the info that jbjd puts out.

  162. Hi All,

I don’t post much here, either.

AFB, look up Howard Zinn. He was jbjd’s mentor and a Commie sympathizer. Someone mentioned his name over at CW’s but of course, it got no response.

No matter the post, she rips it apart and tells us we’re all wrong and she has all the answers. Well then, my question to her is: ‘Exactly what have YOU done to get Barky out of office?’ The answer is not a damned thing because her allegiance is clear.

  163. I concur re: jbjd. And CW’s place is still a dis-info dumping ground.

  164. Air Force Brat

But can we really be sure that Zinn WAS jbjd’s mentor? I mean, I could say I’m having a raving fling with, say, one of the Food Network chefs, and that said chef is my “mentor” . . . but there’s no way to prove such a thing. To the best of my knowledge, she hasn’t offered one scintilla of evidence that she actually IS a licensed attorney. There are thousands of people who sit through law courses, and may even have degrees from it, but have they ever SAT THE BAR in their home state(s)? You cannot practice law without having sat the bar. Nonetheless, regarding jbjd and Zinn, anyone who even ADMIRES such a commie sympathizer, whether or not he/she/it actually KNOWS the sympathizer, is definitely suspect.

And JS? That poor fool is just deranged. The tone of her posts degenerated alarmingly over the past couple of years, and now is just plain scary. She seemed to have disappeared for quite a while after her obsessive posts about R.A.P. and so-called self-proclaimd “new President”, Tim Turner, never came to pass. I think she needs to get out more. 😉

  165. A Crazy Old Coot

    Air Force Brat | January 30, 2012 at 6:25 pm |
Does anyone really know if jbjd practices law “anywhere”?

  166. Air Force Brat

No — when I used to regularly post there, I asked her time after time if she had ever litigated a case, if she was or was not a practicing attorney, and whether she had sat the bar. She never answered the question. Never. As far as I know, those few others who have posed the question never got an answer either.

  167. A Crazy Old Coot

I’ve about decided that jbjd works for obama. Puts just enough truth into the comments to make the rest look right.

  168. Air Force Brat

Coot, that could very well be the case. From the times I’ve looked in on that blog, she always seems to come around when things are relatively civil, and immediately stirs up discord among the few posters that still remain there. And they’re naive enough to buy into the crap sandwich she dispenses, which is the saddest thing of all.

If it’s not one thing, it’s another. First FS, then JS, then jbjd. That blog is poison.

  169. Air Force Brat | January 30, 2012 at 6:25 pm

Yup, AFB, we can say that! She admitted that she felt as though she was his ‘star pupil.’

If she is indeed a licensed hot shot attorney, I’ve always wondered why the hell she’s teaching high school…..

What some don’t realize is that hammering your candidate, your make of car, your favorite wine, or whatever, often has the opposite effect. If Ford hammers me every two minutes with a commercial on TV to buy a Ford, chances are that I’ll get so sick of them that I’ll go ahead and buy anything BUT a Ford.

State your case and let people decide for themselves. This is still a free country. For a while longer…..

  170. A Crazy Old Coot

State your case and let people decide for themselves. This is still a free country. For a while longer…..
    Are you sure?

Did you know that there is a Democrat Presidential candidate running against Barack Obama for President? And it’s not not Hillary Clinton.

But since most mainstream news media outlets don’t view any opposition to Obama as being news or newsworthy, it is unlikely that you heard this news before: World famous abortion fighter Randall Terry is running for President on the Democratic ticket and is already on the ballot in a number of states—enough to win by default if other states follow Georgia’s lead in knocking Barack Hussein Obama off the ballot for being unable or unwilling to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.

  171. Hi Coot,
Thanks for reminding me about Randall Terry. I had heard that sometime before but forgot about it. At first I was disappointed that he was on the Dem ticket but now see his strategy. May he have success!

  172. A Crazy Old Coot

That’s what I was thinking. We needed someone on the inside of the dem party.

  173. I have finally come to the conclusion that even reading postings on CW is a complete waste of time. It has become a place where as I have said so many times UP is DOWN, thanks to commenters like FS,JS, JBJD,and a host of others, who BLINDLY buy into the BULLSH#T that the Soetoro supporters spread here. Now MMMMSSSS.JS thinks Ron Paul is going to win the election. How stupid can people be. I am sick of having to wade through her moronic “crap rap”. That is why I am pulling the plug on my computer. In the future I am only going to communicate with people whose viewpoints I support via EMAIL. Further I am really saddened by the fact that Newt lost Florida. I am a supporter. Most people have bought into the crap
about him that has been posted. I don’t really blame them. If you never knew the truth, how can you expect today’s American to buy into the truth.

I really hope that you are not leaving us. I highly respect your comments and agree so much that I think you get tired of hearing me say that. I don’t have a lot of intelligent comments to make, so I mostly read or cut and paste.

Thank you for all you have revealed to us.

Just the opinion of a dumb ole (Natural Born Citizen) country boy.

  175. A Crazy Old Coot | February 2, 2012 at 12:55 pm

    Hi Don,

I see OldSalt’s point. For well over a year, Leo Patrick Haffey, a/k/a Free Speech was allowed to completely ruin that blog, unrestrained.

Now, we have ‘the attorney’ belittling all of us (she’s one of the Elite, don’t forget, and we’re all just stupid) and Jackie who, in effect, is telling us what to do. Then, there’s Starla, who can’t seem to post only the link and chews up valuable band width with her neverending ‘excerpts.’

The moderation over there is a joke; only key words set it off and the wingnuts are allowed to post their crap over and over.

I’ll continue to read the articles-they’re very good- but don’t have much to say over there…

  176. A Crazy Old Coot

SueK, I was only concerned about OldSalt leaving “this” blog. I couldn’t care less about CW’s blog as long as those you mentioned are still allow free rein over there.

  177. Air Force Brat

Well, okay, feel free to vacate the Hellhole over there, but everyone on THIS blog loves reading your comments, myself especially! You’re way too valuable to deprive us of your wisdom born from experience.

Just the two cents of an Air Force Brat that would have made the military a career like my father, except that I failed the physicals (heart murmur).

  178. Oh, Old Salt, don’t close off your fountain of knowledge!! I don’t blame you for pulling back from CW’s; however, JS has not been as “busy” as sometimes before. I guess she is involved with Paul in the coming Nevada caucus on Sat. Says she is going to be a delegate. More power to her.

Incidentally I wrote a comment a couple of days ago really exposing her prior history. At first it went into moderation, but then CW released it, so he must have thought it needed to be said. As far as I can ascertain, she has not struck back at me as she usually does. I had already decided not to answer any response.

  179. A Crazy Old Coot

I firmly believe that this country is gone down the tubes.

    Judge Malihi Rules Against Plaintiffs:
Says Obama Born In Hawaii Therefore Natural Born Citizen

  180. To all of the folks on FOCW. I have posted comments for some time on CW blog, and more recently on FOCW. I have come to the conclusion that what anyof us has to say is never going to be a force in derailing what is now happening in our beloved country. Nobody thought that we was and are vulnerable…..now it is possible and perhaps even Probable that you are witnessing the END of the US as we KNEW it. If the NWO is able to finish off this country you better go out and get yourselves bicycles, because the US is headed for becoming another Europe, along with the half assed lives that we see people living there. We no longer have SEPARATION OF POWERS. The DICTATORSHIP BEGAN when we lost our RIGHTS. Sadly there are still mental MORONS among us who think UP is DOWN……and to compound insult upon injury they actually support a SOCIALIST form of government……….they think that Socialism is what America needs. Now it is possible that these demented people will get to EXPERIENCE their Socialist UTOPIAQ first hand. When they become disillusioned with it they will NOT BE ABLE to REVERSE IT. I don’t have much time left on Earth, there are millions of young people who have a lifetime ahead of them. It really grieves me to see that they think Socialism is so great. I believe that we are now within a very short distance of having total DICTATORIAL rule. Again special thanks to the MEAT HEADS among us. Hope all of you who voted for the DICTATOR enjoy the FREEBIE LIFE that YOU THINK you are going to have. Hope you all enjoy your UTOPIA, along with the HEADMASTER.

  181. I have for too long sat here and read the various viewpoints offerred by everybody out of concern for our beloved country. But…..that is where it ends. Viewpoints do nothing except inform us of what everyone is thinking. I hasten to add that if WE as a split population continue to sit and discuss viewpoints, then our country is lost. If the 2012 election fails to correct the problem, then Americans will face the total collapse of our country, and it will happen literally overnight. It is obvious that voters are going to carry what they have BEEN TOLD by the OVEREDUCATED WORDSMITHS in their minds all the way to the November election. Millions of people have been STEERED, and mentally programmed into an irrational acceptance of often complete lies, and half truths simply because they no longer are willing to put forth any personal effort to protect their own country. They are far too busy watching their favorite sort of PORN, ingesting their favorite dope, and pursuing what they think is the American DREAM. Look around you, does the filth in the streets look like your perception of the American dream. It is people, and organisations like Acorn, along with the LUNATIC left
    believing what the

  182. ……….Soetoro crowd has to say.

  183. There is a tiny Republic on the continent of South America to whose people I take my hat off to. When their PRESIDENT TRIED to REWRITE their Constitution he found himself PHYSICALLY removed from office by their Army. Even though it is a tiny and seemingly insignificant Republic they KNEW exactly what to do…………and they DID it. Unfortunately we do not have any Military leadership with GONADS, otherwise the same thing would have happened here as well, but MUCH QUICKER than in the tiny South American Republic.

  184. A Crazy Old Coot

I have been thinking really hard and have come to this conclusion:

Romney “will” be the choice no matter what we want.
Our only hope is to stack the congress with people that will uphold their oath to the Constitution. That way, no matter who wins the election, congress will be able to hold him/her in line. But, without a honorable congress (which we don’t have now) we will (the country) be lost and I don’t believe we will ever get it back.

Quick question: Does anyone read or pay any attention to JS over at CW’s blog?

  186. A Crazy Old Coot

I’m glad that we have this blog. I can’t stand JS and her everlasting screaming for Ron Paul.

  187. Air Force Brat

Oh dear God, you are SO RIGHT, Coot !!! Why C.W. allows that weirdo to post and post and post and post and post is a total mystery to me. Probably the same reason he allowed Free Speech to do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted, for however long he wanted.

JS is a lunatic from the word go. She reminds me of a Charlie Manson follower. I wonder if she believes that every one of her obsessive posts for Ron Paul will somehow magically turn into a VOTE for Ron Paul?

Then again, there are plenty of weirdos on that blog. Look at all those who blindly accept jbjd as an “attorney”, even though no evidence has ever been presented that he/she/it EVER sat the bar exam — in ANY state.

  192. JS is one of several ‘koo-koo’ plants on that board. Now she’s on some truther rant. She’s probably some dude in DC on the payroll of the DNC.

  193. Air Force Brat

Oh Lord. First FS, now JS.

If the writing “style” wasn’t so different from Haffey’s, I’d think they were the same person.

Are they trumpeting the inevitable “OMG, Obama is going to suspend the elections and declare MARTIAL LAW!” nonsense on CW’s board yet that usually pops up about twice a year? Lucianne’s board has that problem also. You can explain and explain and explain until your lungs explode that America had elections during the ACTUAL Civil War (not the daily-predicted “mass race riots/civil war” so many people go orgasmic over); America had elections during World War II; and America will have elections this November. It won’t do any good. Many people are so wedded to the idea of immediate, unavoidable doom — maybe it makes them feel more important or something — that they don’t WANT to believe anything but whatever theory du jour is floating around on any given day.

Just watched the CPAC straw poll and found it disgusting. I can’t believe that the majority wanted an ineligible for Vice President. Marco Rubio has the same problem as Mr. obama, Not a Natural Born Citizen which requires two American citizen parents and born in the USA.

I will NOT vote for a ticket that has Marco Rubio as Vice President. I will vote for someone else or leave that part blank.

  197. Air Force Brat

Straw polls are just that — straw. They have no real bearing on the general election. One of my favorite sayings is “Polls, schmolls”. 🙂

I may be wrong about this, but I sincerely believe that even though none of the candidates are PUBLICLY saying squat about eligibility, etc., they are AWARE of how we feel about the issue. I think that when it comes down to it, no candidate will pick an ineligible running mate.

    Roll on November !!! ABO 2012 !!!

  198. A Crazy Old Coot

CW doesn’t seem to like me telling jbjd off on his blog. But, I do feel better letting jbjd know that at least one person does not agree with their “opinions”.

  199. Hi Coot,

I saw your post. I have to tell you jbjd often gets on my nerves. Whoever this person is has a mighty big ego. It’s not so much what he/she says, it’s the way it is said. I’m not a huge fan of Orly’s, but you can’t discount all of her hard work.

My feeling is that egos often get in the way of achieving our goal.

  200. Coot, I understand fully your frustrations with jbjd, who has seemed to be on her own agenda since the first time I encountered her early in 2010. She is not really on the side of conservatism. Her suggestions as to how to approach the removal of O from the state ballots have not appeared to be really practical. Those recommendations would not have met with any more success than what has already been tried, notwithstanding her firm certainty that everyone else is wrong and she is right. She also greatly resents the fact that she is not being adequately compensated by the public, while others are raking in the dough unjustly, according to her assessment. That attitude wears thin, imho. Sigh.

  201. A Crazy Old Coot

    Cabby – AZ | February 12, 2012 at 4:25 pm |
The problem I have with jbjd is that there is no proof that they really know what they are talking about. My opinion and yours is just as good and just as valid as theirs.

At least I have had some training in the law and the enforcement of those laws and will provide the proof, if necessary. DD214 and certificates!!!

Just the opinion of a dumb ole (Natural Born Citizen) country boy.

  202. Air Force Brat

Has anyone, at any time, seen any evidence whatsoever that jbjd is, or has ever been, a PRACTICING ATTORNEY? Even if — and it’s a very BIG “if” — he/she/it has “a law degree”, that means absolutely nothing. If he/she/it has not SAT THE BAR in his/her/its state, he/she/it cannot legally practice law or dispense legal advice. To do so is, as far as I understand it, a felony in all 50 states.

  203. A Crazy Old Coot

Question: Which is worse, jbjd or js??

  204. Air Force Brat

They’re both a$$holes. JS is insane, and jbjd uses cut-and-pasted legalese from statute books.

And people over there continue to lap it all up. Sad.

  205. Air Force Brat, jbjd is a woman, and a couple of years ago I followed her blog rather consistently. I don’t know what her credentials are, but she teaches high school now. She leans quite liberal, having trained under Howard Zinn, a communist sympathizer. (She says she was a star pupil.)

The methodology she ascribes may have been viable theoretically at one time, but as the years have passed, I think we all realize that we are under such lock and key by the dictator that even efforts at the state level prove useless. The reason? The feds have such a hold over the states with threats of lawsuits and withholding of federal funds which states need to carry out the federal mandates. This is a terrible state of affairs, but it comes with a strong, central government and a dictator at the helm.

  206. Air Force Brat

Hi Cabby! Thanks for your reply — always, always enjoy reading your posts. SueK thinks highly of you, and so do I.

Of course jbjd would say she was a star pupil — I would if I were her, especially since there’s absolutely no way to prove or disprove anything she says. For instance, did she say WHICH high school she teaches at? Does anyone know her real name? What year did she allegedly get her “law degree”, and from which institution of higher learning? But I digress . . . ..

Her methodologyappears to be nothing more than a circular firing squad. I’ve kept track of what she’s been saying since 2009, and she’s had more angles and variations than Carter’s little pills. Every time anyone tries to pin her down on any particular thing, she immediately switches to yet another angle and insists that it’s what she’s been saying all along . . . and of course, she AND SHE ALONE has the answer on how to get rid of Obama. Biggest bunch of crap I’ve seen outside the pachyderm house at the zoo.

On another subject, I think it may have been you who originally posted that (and I’m paraphrasing here) in the end, it’s God who is in control of our nation, and it’s His will, not the will of some Hugo Chavez wannabe, that will be done. You were, of course, absolutely correct. It’s so easy to get caught up in the general malaise that’s infecting not only the country, but almost every message board on the Internet these days. I see people on Lucianne, for example, who do nothing but bitch and whine and wring their hands about “woe is me, all is lost, there’s no point in even TRYING to save the nation”. In that case, why shouldn’t we all just shoot ourselves, and save some criminal the trouble?

Then I see people like Andrew Breitbart. A true American hero. You can tell that he lives by the principles “Don’t show fear in front of a mad dog and “It might take a fistfight to accomplish it, but bullies ALWAYS back down”. The man simply has no fear. We need several million more like him! I always take comfort in the fact that where there’s one, there are lots and lots more. We just don’t hear about them — YET — in the national media. But I bet we will, pretty soon!

Don’t be a stranger, Cabby — hope all is going great for you.

  207. Guys,

I’ve visited CW for quite awhile now. I noticed some there (obviously FS) who were from the enemy camp, but I’m noticing more and more (forgive me… maybe its my imagination) who are trying to demoralize us to the point that we will not vote at all come Nov.6. Am I off base? It’s hard to trust anyone.

Also, Cabby, what I said at CW’s “Enough already!” was tongue in cheek. I truly hope you knew that.

  208. Air Force Brat

Hi SueQ — I hope you don’t mind me jumping in. I really don’t think you are off base at all. It makes me extremely mad to see people act like babies and say they’re going to pout and stay home, and I’ve wondered for a long time if maybe they’re doing that deliberately.

If the corruption of “the other side” is as deep as we think it is (and let’s be honest, it IS as deep as we think it is), then of course they will try to demoralize everyone they can, every WAY they can. They desperately want Obama to win a second term — BUT, you can actually take comfort in what they’re doing. Why, you may ask? Well, because for them to be trying THIS hard, THIS early in the election season, shows that they’re scared out of their minds that they’re going to lose. Their shenanigans are classic desperation tactics. As long as we all remain united, we’re going to win, and they’re going to lose — BIG. Hmm, now who was that who said “Let not your heart be troubled”? I believe it was Jesus Christ.

    ABO 2012 !!!!!!!

  209. Bless you AFB!
I guess by now we all have in mind who we might hope to be our nominee but when all is said and done, ABO!

  210. Air Force Brat

I really like Santorum a lot, and yes I do hope he gets the nomination. But if he doesn’t, so be it. You’re absolutely right — ABO is the way to go!

(And what do you wanna bet that after you-know-who and the First Wookie are kicked out of The People’s House, the stock market has an absolutely unprecedented boom?) 😀

Now get out there and convince your friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc., etc. We CAN do it, we WILL do it, we MUST do it !!!

  211. Air Force Brat

Keep Andrew Breitbart in the forefront of your mind. That man is one of my absolute faves. He fears nothing and no one!

The only thing that would stop me from voting ABO is if they select a non-eligible VP. Then I would HAVE to vote a third party!!

Just the opinion of a dumb ole (Natural Born Citizen) country boy.

  213. Hi SueQ,
I knew exactly what you meant when you said, “Enough already!”…..In fact, I joined with you in that sentiment! 🙂 I was going to respond over at CW’s but never got around to it.

As far as some who are saying they may not vote in Nov., I don’t know about the others, but William is true blue. We have had some serious discussions on the blog about that in the past. He just has his personal convictions, which I respect, but I also pointed out very vital concerns that we must keep in mind, not the least of which is another term of O.
Just because an Obama-lite may be elected and we won’t get everything we hope for, is not a reason not to vote, imho. The future may possibly be improved only on an incremental basis. A reversal of this downward plunge is going to take time, and there are not going to be any quick fixes.

  214. Air Force Brat | February 13, 2012 at 11:20 am |
Hi, AFB – Always good to read you, too. Thanks for the kind words.
I enjoyed hearing your assessment of jbjd, since you have had greater exposure to her than I have. The first time I read a post of hers was in the beginning of 2010, and she seemed to have an agenda, of sorts. Later I
went to her blog to read more and also the exchange between her and her readers. She has quite a way with them. BTW, although I don’t often go there, lately I’ve noticed that there are very few responses to her articles.

You are right about her viewpoints being fluctuating, although she would deny that. If she is so certain that she is correct, why hasn’t SHE spearheaded an effort in accordance with her own recommendations? I certainly do NOT like her scathing criticism of Leo Donofrio and his work on the NBC issue. That in itself is unethical. The less people buy into her ideas the more she reaches out in asking for donations for HER work, which she claims goes unappreciated.

  215. Well, Pat1789 over at CW’s has called me an obot, and said that perhaps FS was right about me. Hmmm……..Makes me think that there is some connection. Also, my response, which was mild, went into moderation. I assumed it was because of “FS”, but Pat’s post also had “FS”……

Here is another guy (he is a man) that cannot take anyone who disagrees with him on a reasonable basis. And so it goes…..

  216. A Crazy Old Coot

Cabby, remember, over at CW’s if you don’t support RP then you “are” an obot! 🙂

  217. Hi, Coot, but in this case it is Mitt, because Pat is a strong supporter of him, and I respect that. There were thoughts a number of months ago that Pat was a “reincarnation”, of sorts, of FS. I didn’t think so then, but now I am beginning to wonder…..

  218. My post was just released at CW’s. Good! I am not going to carry on any controversy with Pat 1789.

  219. Air Force Brat

I’d still think twice about posting there. Who needs the aggravation? Posts never go into moderation over here. Why does practically every post from everyone go into moderation over there?

Haven’t seen anything particularly redeeming on that board in a year or more. Even the articles can be found elsewhere.

    But I digress . . . . 🙂

  220. Coot,
I kind of disagree with what you said about being a Ron Paul supporter. When I let it be known that I was leaning in that direction, I was hit from many directions at CW’s. I was made to feel stupid and uninformed, and the ultimate insult was being lumped together with JS.
I think everyone’s choice of a candidate is valid and should be respected. I just hope that come election day, this nightmare will be over. Gee, I can see November from my house! ABO!
AFB,you continue to be an encouragement. I DO keep Brietbart in mind (even though he is not a fan of RP, largely due to his obnoxious fans), and I agree he is fearless. His speech at CPAC was impressive.

  221. Hey Cabby and Everyone,

Remember that Free Speech was Leo PATrick Haffey and his clone, PAT uses much the same language and phrases as old Leo did. He keeps insisting that he’s not Haffey but I wonder, especially when he starts the name calling…..

    SueQ | February 15, 2012 at 1:51 pm |
I kind of disagree with what you said about being a Ron Paul supporter.
When I go to CW and Drkates site, mostly what I see is pushing for RP. As for my support for a candidate, I still like Newt and Rick. Mittens is out in “left” field, as far as I am concerned. I just can’t support RP’s foreign policies. Sorry.

But, the bottom line is ABO! I would vote for Micky Mouse before o.

Just the opinion of a dumb ole (Natural Born Citizen) country boy.

  223. Coot,
RP’s foreign policies are somewhat troubling, I admit. For instance, I have been a supporter of Israel for many years, and I realize he is against so much foreign aid to her, but he is also vehemently against our country’s effort to tie Israel’s hands in her pursuit to defend herself. Cut her loose and let her do what she needs to do! Scary? Well, hell yes. But tell me how what we have been doing in the past has helped the situation?

I could live with either of your choices… Newt or Rick… but sadly I will probably have to settle for Mitt. ABO in 2012.

  224. Air Force Brat

And always keep in mind that should we happen to win control of the Senate and retain the House (especially with a fresh influx of conservative “new blood”), it won’t matter if the candidate is Romney, Santorum, My Favorite Martian or Donald Duck. It wouldn’t matter if Romney wanted to grant citizenship rights to rhododendrons, or if Santorum really did want to control people’s bedroom behavior. Congress would keep any cockamamie presidential ambitions in check.

  225. Air Force Brat

And SueQ, you are not stupid by a long shot, nor are you ANYTHING like J.S. If any of the weirdos over there try to imply that you’re either one, tell them to go screw themselves.

  226. A Crazy Old Coot

I am truly perplexed that so many people are against a mosque being built at Ground Zero. I think it should be the goal of every American to be tolerant. Thus the Mosque should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.

That is why I also propose that two nightclubs be opened next door to the mosque, thereby promoting tolerance from within the mosque. We could call one of the clubs, “The Turban Cowboy”, which would be gay, and the other a topless bar called “You Mecca Me Hot.”

Next door should be a butcher shop that specializes in pork, and adjacent to that an open-pit barbeque pork restaurant, called “Iraq o’ Ribs.”

Across the street there could be a lingerie store called “Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret,” with sexy mannequins in the window modeling the goods.

Next door to the lingerie shop, a liquor store called “Morehammered.”

All of this would encourage the Muslims to demonstrate the tolerance they demand of us, so the mosque problem would be solved.

If you agree with promoting tolerance, and you think this is a good plan, please pass it on… for the sake of tolerance.

  227. A Crazy Old Coot

A Mexican (an undocumented Democrat), a Black, a Muslim and a Redneck were walking together on a beach when the Black stumbled over a bottle in the sand. He picked up the bottle, rubbed the sand off it, and a Genie appeared.

“I can only grant four wishes, “the Genie said. “Since there are four of you, you may have one wish apiece.” Pointing at the Black, he said, “Since you found the bottle, you may have the first wish.”

The Black studied for a moment then said, “I wish for a fleet of ships so that I can gather all my people and take them back to our homeland, Africa .
” Poof! It was done! Hundreds of ships appeared on the skyline.

The Mexican said, “I weesh for enough Cheby peekups to take all my people back to our homeland, May-he-co!”
Poof! It was done! Row after row of Chevrolet Pickups appeared on the beach.

The Muslim said, “I wish for ten thousand camels to take all of my people away from this horrible country loaded with infidels so we can live in peace in Muslim countries and serve Allah.”
Poof! It was done! Ten thousand camels suddenly appeared on the beach.

Turning to the Redneck, the Genie asked, “And what is your wish?

The Redneck watched as the loaded pickups began moving toward the border, then looked out to sea and watched the loaded ships sailing out into the sunset, then he looked at all of the Muslims getting on top of the camels and riding off.

The Redneck said, “Just give me a Bud Light. It doesn’t get any better than this!”

  228. Don, you’re REALLY on your game today.

Your post of 2/15 at 6:43 PM should be sent to every newspaper in America. Loved it! Thank you :).

  229. SueK,
What is your opinion of Ms Ticklys latest? More importantly, what do you think of jbjd’s latest as regards CW? I appreciate your opinion as I do Cabby’s.
P.S. Coot, my reaction to your post about Ron Paul was harsh and uncalled for. Sorry.

  230. SueQ | February 20, 2012 at 9:14 pm |

    Hi Sue,

Well, to be honest, I think that Miss T is way out there. I read the piece last night and think that she’s fallen into the category of conspiracy theorists. I know she’s done a ton of work on the issue, but perhaps it’s all taken its toll.

As far as jbjd is conmcerned, she’s an Elitist. She knows better than everyone and makes no bones about telling them so. When I learned that her ‘mentor’ was a Commie sympathizer, that did it for me. I believe she’s an Obot and has infiltrated that blog with her garbage. I side with OldSalt in his criticism of her.
I have three questions for her:

    1. If you’re such a high-powered brain in the legal arena, why are you teaching high school?
    2. You’re always saying that the citizenry should do this or that, and file this or that and when we don’t, we’re all wrong. So, I ask: What the hell have YOU done to get to the bottom of this rather than criticize those why are actually DOING something?
    3. You have your own blog. Why don’t you go there and stay there, rather than crying that others have stolen your work and that the money just isn’t coming in.

I’ve had it with her and skip her posts.

  231. Air Force Brat

I still want to see proof that jbjd is even an attorney. What proof is there? Her word. We’re supposed to take her word, posted on several anonymous Internet message boards, as truth.. Sorry, Internet blog entries are not enough for me. I want to see a copy of her Juris Doctor degree. I want to know her bar number, which state it was issued in, and when.

Anyone can talk about Zinn and claim he’s their “mentor”. Again, where is the proof? Are we supposed to believe her, just because she SAYS “I was Zinn’s star pupil”? Are there any photos of her with this guy? No, didn’t think so.

Yet so many people, particularly on CW, actually BELIEVE everything she says, just because she says it !!! Show me the PROOF. Then, and ONLY then, will I begin to believe it.

*If any other of our presidents would have flown all the way to Denmark to make a five minute speech about how the Olympics would benefit him walking out his front door in his home town, would you not have thought he was a self-important, conceited, egotistical jerk. *

*If any other of our presidents had been so Spanish illiterate as to refer to “Cinco de Cuatro” in front of the Mexican ambassador when it was the 5th of May (Cinco de Mayo), and continued to flub it when he tried again, wouldn’t you have winced in embarrassment? *

*If any other of our presidents had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel to go plant a single tree on Earth Day, would you have thought he’s a hypocrite?*

*If any other of our presidents’ administrations had okayed Air Force One flying low over millions of people followed by a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan causing widespread panic, would you have wondered whether they actually get what happened on 9-11? *

*If any other of our presidents had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans , would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence? *

*If any other of our presidents had created the position of 32 Czars who report directly to him, bypassing the House and Senate on much of what is happening in America , would you have ever approved. *

*If any other of our presidents had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved? *

*So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive? *

Keep Andrew Breitbart in the forefront of your mind. That man is one of my absolute faves. He fears nothing and no one!
Do you remember when you posted this? You may not believe it but it has stuck in my mind. It immediately occurred to me when I heard the horrible news. Take care.

  239. Air Force Brat

I sure do, SueQ. And he probably laughed when he realized that he was on his way to the next plane of existence. Somehow, that just seems to be the way he’d react. Since he feared nothing in life, why should he fear death?

You take care too, SueQ. Keep praying about November. And do not — DO NOT — listen to the doomsayers and the Chicken Littles. They WANT you to lose your spirit and your hope.

  240. AFB,
I listened to a friend of AB speaking right after the news. He said “Andrew would be so mad right now.” Someone asked him “Why?” He said “Because he’s not here!” I don’t know why but that struck me as hilarious.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio Exposes Forgery of Obama’s Selective Service Registration
Get Mark Levin’s new book free!

Having just attended Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse” news conference in Phoenix, Arizona, we candidly admit we have never seen a greater example of raw media bias in our 30 years of watching the fourth estate.

Arpaio organized the cold case five-member law enforcement posse last year to investigate allegations that the Obama birth certificate released to the public by the White House on April 27, 2011 might be a forgery, and he said he constituted the posse after a request by 250 Maricopa County citizens.

In less than an hour, Arpaio’s team laid out a compelling case that individuals working under the President of the United States have engaged in criminal forgery. And most interestingly, the case isn’t just about Obama’s birth certificate.

The case against Obama was made with simple, clear videos describing the techniques the forgers used to falsifying important documents released by Obama’s team. It was obvious that the law enforcement professionals doing the actual investigation are real pros. If you want the details of the techniques used you can watch the videos on Westernjournalism.com.

The Arpaio team devastated the legitimacy of Obama’s purported birth certificate from Hawaii. The investigation by document forensic experts systematically showed how the document could not be real and is part of a criminal conspiracy to commit fraud.

But we found the most interesting information presented to have nothing to do with the Obama nativity story. Instead it had to do with the selective service records. Forensic document analysis proved this document was also a forgery. Intensive documentation proving that Postal indicia on the form was forged was particularly damaging, as this type of postal fraud is a federal felony.

In the days ahead, it will be interesting to see if the mainstream media provides any coverage of the event’s allegations. Sitting in the room we were overwhelmed by the professionalism of these sworn officers of the law. They clearly used the best experts in their investigation. Finally a legitimate law enforcement official has looked at the evidence and found, as Arpaio said, “probable cause that a felony has been committed.”

Going forward, Arpaio said that he would continue to investigate. Illusions were made to the existence of over 200 sworn depositions by witnesses in the case, including a witness that, when he met Barack Obama was introduced to him, as a foreign exchange student.

If you don’t believe us, go and watch the video of the news conference yourself; it is posted online.

Obama’s team responded with ridicule, not answers. His campaign tweeted links to an old episode of the X-Files TV show. But ridicule in the face of legitimate questions only works so long.

Citizens are still daring to ask questions about Obama. And by doing it you face certain ridicule, name calling and being treated as children. Even when you may be asking legitimate questions, which have been routinely asked of presidential candidates in the past or have been asked of Republican candidates this year, you are censured.

As WND.com has reported, “Poll after poll in recent months has indicated that Americans have a high level of concern over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president; with one poll showing fully half of the nation wants Congress to investigate the question.” But to date, nothing has been done.

Let’s hope the US Congress can have the courage of Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

    Why Carry a Gun?

My old grandpa said to me ‘Son, there comes a time in every man’s life when he stops bustin’ knuckles and starts bustin’ caps and
Usually it’s when he becomes too old to take an ass whoopin.’

I don’t carry a gun to kill people.
I carry a gun to keep from being killed .

I don’t carry a gun to scare people..
I carry a gun because sometimes this world can be a scary place.

    I don’t carry a gun because I’m paranoid.
I carry a gun because there are real threats in the world.

    I don’t carry a gun because I’m evil.
I carry a gun because I have lived long enough to see the evil in the world.

I don’t carry a gun because I hate the government..
I carry a gun because I understand the limitations of government.

    I don’t carry a gun because I’m angry.
I carry a gun so that I don’t have to spend the rest of my life hating myself for failing to be prepared .

I don’t carry a gun because I want to shoot someone.
I carry a gun because I want to die at a ripe old age in my bed , and not on a sidewalk somewhere tomorrow afternoon.

In 1929, the Soviet Union establish ed gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated .
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated .
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated ..
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated .
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated .
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated .
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educat ed people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated .

With guns, we are ‘citizens’. Without them, we are ‘subjects’.

But as the evidence continues to pile up, its authenticity needs to be examined with the same forensic detail to which Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation subjected the document which the White House put up on its very own web page as being the (take your pick) COLB or LFBC of Barack Obama back on 27 April, 2011. Lead investigator Mike Zullo said, “In fact, absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States.”

    Fluke Is No Fluke
Posted by Thomas Purcell at 4:25 AM comments

    Sandra Fluke- CSPAN

Having gone on information junket trips and been involved with how those sorts of things work, I can tell you that not just anyone is picked to have a seat before a congressional hearing and have a say on particular issues. Your name typically is submitted by people that either have a lot of drag with Congress or you are well known enough about a subject to be considered.

That’s why it came as a bit of a surprise when a supposed innocent college student by the name of Sandra Fluke sat before Congress and testified about the horrors of having to pay for her own contraception pills.

The red flag for me was twofold; one, that she was attending a very expensive school (Georgetown) and two, that she was self-described as a ‘public interest’ scholarship recipient. Public interest scholarships are not given as poverty scholarships, they are typically credits given for political purposes.

Fluke is not your normal young college student. For one, she is a 30 year old experienced community activist, older and wiser than your typical college student. Experienced in spades—she sits or has been a part of no less than 6 different advisory boards to women’s rights groups, including the Manhattan Borough President’s Taskforce on Domestic Violence and numerous other New York City and New York State coalitions. She is also a recipient of the 2010 Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles Fran Kandel Public Interest Grant. In short, this is a woman who knows all the ins and out of the government and government aid systems, and a strong proponent of the concept of ‘social justice’.

‘Social justice’ seeks to create economic egalitarianism through taxation, income, or even property redistribution. It is merely just another term for socialism and communism. AND I DON’T WANT TO PAY FOR HER LIFESTYLE!!!!!!

Therefore, the story about her friend that couldn’t get affordable birth control, eventually leading to an ovarian cyst just doesn’t ring true. As a career expert in women’s rights and with access to at least a dozen different methods in getting low cost or free contraception, either Ms. Fluke is incompetent in her positions, or is a bald faced liar about the story.

So instead of an innocent poor college student discussing the difficulty in getting affordable birth control, we have career women’s rights advocate making the case for the redistribution of wealth in society. Quite a different matter than was originally portrayed.

It’s no wonder these people are so desperate to defend the issue of free contraceptive care because it rests upon the elimination of the First Amendment rights of Georgetown and other religious groups.

If the President backs down on the Georgetown case, or any other Catholic objection to Obamacare mandates, it means that the First Amendment would apply directly to Obamacare—and thus be struck down in its entirety. This explains why Fluke was called to testify, and why Obama is risking political suicide to defend this issue. Yes to his “suicide”.

So when you see these sob stories on the news take care and look into them carefully.

  255. Air Force Brat

Isn’t she a lesbian? That’s what I read not long ago on another board (maybe Lucianne, although I’m not 100% sure if it was them or another one). If so, what NEED would she have for birth-control pills in the first place? Have turkey basters become THAT much better in recent years?

If she’s not a lesbian, can she not just — gasp! — keep her legs shut?

Sorry for the vulgarity — I’m not in a spiffy-poo mood today.

  256. Air Force Brat

Btw, sorry about writing you such a novel. I found that I couldn’t stop once I started.

I’ve tried AGAIN to explain the situation here to the siblings, but they don’t even respond at all now, except to say “Mom was freaking out when I called her, can you go over there?” They don’t care if I’m in the middle of a project for my clients. If I hear “well, you live close . . .” from them ONE MORE TIME, I’m throwing my belongings in my car and hitting the road.

Maybe they don’t comprehend what it is to be an independent contractor on the edge of ruin. I’ve only been telling them for months.

I just got this from a friend and I thought it worth passing on, even with the few bad words!

Alan Simpson, retired Senator from Wyoming, Co-Chair of Obama’s deficit commission, calls senior citizens the Greediest Generation as he compared “Social Security” to a Milk Cow with 310 million teats.

Here’s a response in a letter from PATTY MYERS in Montana … I think she is a little ticked off! She also Tells it like it is!
“Hey Alan, let’s get a few things straight…
    1. As a career politician, you have been on the public dole for FIFTY YEARS.
    2. I have been paying Social Security taxes for 48 YEARS (since I was 15 years old. I am now 63).
    3. My Social Security payments, and those of millions of other
Americans, were safely tucked away in an interest bearing account for decades until you political pukes decided to raid the account and give OUR money to a bunch of zero ambition losers in return for votes, thus bankrupting the system and turning Social Security into a Ponzi scheme that would have made Bernie Madoff proud..
    4. Recently, just like Lucy & Charlie Brown, you and your ilk pulled the proverbial football away from millions of American seniors nearing retirement and moved the goalposts for full retirement from age 65 to age 67. NOW, you and your shill commission are proposing to move the goalposts -YET AGAIN.
    5. I, and millions of other Americans, have been paying into Medicare from Day One, and now you morons propose to change the rules of the game. Why? Because you idiots mismanaged other parts of the economy to such an extent that you need to steal money from Medicare to pay the bills.
    6. I, and millions of other Americans, have been paying income taxes our entire lives, and now you propose to increase our taxes yet again. Why? Because you incompetent bastards spent our money so profligately that you just kept on spending even after you ran out of money. Now, you come to the American taxpayers and say you need more to pay off YOUR debt.
To add insult to injury, you label us “greedy” for calling “bullshit” on your incompetence. Well, Captain Bullshit, I have a few questions for YOU:
    1. How much money have you earned from the American taxpayers during your pathetic 50-year political career?
    2. At what age did you retire from your pathetic political career,
and how much are you receiving in annual retirement benefits from the American taxpayers?
    3. How much do you pay for YOUR government provided health insurance?
    4. What cuts in YOUR retirement and healthcare benefits are you proposing in your disgusting deficit reduction proposal, or, as usual, have you exempted yourself and your political cronies?

It is you, Captain Bullshit, and your political co-conspirators
called Congress who are the “greedy” ones. It is you and your fellow nutcases who have bankrupted America and stolen the American dream from millions of loyal, patriotic taxpayers. And for what? Votes. That’s right, sir. You and yours have bankrupted America for the sole purpose of advancing your pathetic political careers. You know it, we know it, and you know that we know it.
And you can take that to the bank, you miserable SOB.
If you like the way things are in America delete this. If you agree with what a fellow Montana citizen Patty Myers says, PASS IT ON!!!!

In Washington , D.C. an old priest lay dying in the hospital. For years he had faithfully served the people of the nation’s capital and was well known among the elected officials. He motioned for his nurse to come near.

    “Yes, Father?” said the nurse.

“I would really like to see President Obama and Senator Reid before I die,” whispered the priest.

“I’ll see what I can do, Father”, replied the nurse.

The nurse sent the request to The President and Congressman and waited for a response. Soon the word arrived; President Obama and Harry Reid would be delighted to visit the priest.

As they went to the hospital, Obama commented to Reid , “I don’t know why the old priest wants to see us, but it will certainly help our images and might even get me re-elected.”
Reid agreed that it was a good thing.

When they arrived at the priest’s room, the priest took Obama’s hand in his right hand and Reid’s hand in his left hand. There was silence and a look of serenity on the old priest’s face. Finally President Obama spoke. “Father, of all the people you could have chosen, why did you choose us to be with you as you near the end?”

The old priest slowly replied, “I have always tried to pattern my life after our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

    “Amen”, said Obama.

    “Amen”, said Reid.

The old priest continued, “Jesus died between two lying thieves; I would like to do the same.”

    Can I hear an Amen?

    Subject: Vienna

A tourist in Vienna is going through a graveyard and all of a
sudden he hears music. No one is around, so he starts searching
for the source. He finally locates the origin and finds it is coming
from a grave with a headstone that reads “Ludwig van Beethoven,
1770- 1827”. Then he realizes that the music is the Ninth Symphony and it is being played backward!

Puzzled, he leaves the graveyard and persuades a friend to
return with him. By the time they arrive back at the grave, the
music has changed. This time it is the Seventh Symphony, but like the previous piece, it is being played backward.

Curious, the men agree to consult a music scholar. When they
return with the expert, the Fifth Symphony is playing, again

The expert notices that the symphonies are being played in the
reverse order in which they were composed, the 9th, then the 7th, then the5th.

By the next day the word has spread and a crowd has gathered
around the grave. They are all listening to the Second Symphony
being played backward. Just then the graveyard’s caretaker ambles up to the group.

Someone in the group asks him if he has an explanation for the

“I would have thought it was obvious” the caretaker says.

    “He’s decomposing.”

Yeah, it’s getting tough again over at CW’s; for some reason, he knocks off for a few months then, returns with a vengeance. I’ve tried the conversational approach and that’s worked, but it’s only a matter of time before the name calling starts again in earnest.

I’m thinking that he crops up as soon as the comments on each post start to become minimal; posting rehashed articles boosts the comment count way up. I really don’t know why that’s so important but apparently, it is.

Yeah, I’m a National Treasure alright, and have petitioned the National Park Service to put my mug on Mt. Rushmore. Hey, better me than barky, right?? 🙂

  283. Air Force Brat

Oh, I kind of think they ought to put ol’ Barky-butt up there too . . . right underneath the heel of your left shoe, after the aforesaid shoe had made the acquaintance of a very large pile of, oh, let’s say, the “solid digestive by-products of a Rottweiler”? LOL, Bet it would get more visitors than all other national monuments combined! 😀 😀 😀

In a crowded city at a busy bus stop, a woman who was
waiting for a bus was wearing a tight leather skirt. As the bus
stopped and it was her turn to get on, she became aware that
her skirt was too tight to allow her leg to come up to the height
of the first step of the bus.
Slightly embarrassed and with a quick smile to the bus driver,
she reached behind her to unzip her skirt a little, thinking that
this would give her enough slack to raise her leg.

Again, she tried to make the step only to
    discover she still couldn’t.
So, a little more embarrassed, she once again reached behind
her to unzip her skirt a little more.
    For the second time,
attempted the step, and, once again,
    much to her chagrin, she
    could not raise her leg.
With little smile to the driver, she
    again reached behind to unzip
a little more and again was unable to
    make the step.
About this time, a large Texan who was
    standing behind her
picked her up easily by the waist and
    placed her gently on the
    step of the bus.
She went ballistic and turned to the would-be
    Samaritan and
screeched, “How dare you touch my body!
    I don’t even know
    who you are!’

    The Texan smiled and drawled,
    “Well, ma’am, normally I would
agree with you, but after you unzipped
my fly three times, I kinda
    figured we was friends.”

Today I had to run to Whole Foods – our local hippie, tree-hugger food store.
As I approached the entrance, I noticed a driver looking for a parking space. I flagged her and pointed out a parking space in the ‘handicapped’ area.
The driver looked puzzled. ”I’m not handicapped” she said.
Well, was my face red, ‘‘Oh, sorry about that, I saw your Obama sticker and just asssumed …”
She gave me the finger and called me some nasty names.
……and I was only trying to help.

    > A man died and went to heaven.
    > As he stood in front of St. Peter at the Pearly Gates, he saw a huge
    > wall of clocks behind him.
    > He asked, “What are all those clocks?”
    > St. Peter answered, “Those are
    > Lie-Clocks. Everyone on Earth has a Lie-Clock. Every time
    > you lie the hands on your clock will move.”
    > “Oh,’ said the man, “whose clock is that?”
    > “That’s Mother Teresa’s. The hands have never moved, indicating that
    > she never told a lie.”
    > “Incredible,’ said the man. “And whose clock is that one?”
    > St. Peter responded, “That’s Abraham Lincoln’s clock. The hands have
    > moved twice, telling us that Abe told only two lies in his entire
    > life.”
    > “Where’s Obama’s clock?” asked the man.
    > “Obama’s clock is in Jesus’ office. He’s using it as a ceiling fan.”

  288. Don, I don’t know where you get ’em, but they’re always good for a giggle!

    Thanks 🙂

A large jet plane crashed on a farm in the middle of rural Kentucky . Panic
stricken, the local sheriff mobilized and descended on the farm in force.

By the time they got there, the aircraft was totally destroyed with only a burned
hull left smoldering in a tree line that bordered the farm.

The sheriff and his men entered the smoking mess but could find no remains of
anyone. They spotted the farmer plowing a field not too far away as if nothing
    had happened.

They hurried over to the man’s tractor.

“Hank,” the sheriff yelled, panting and
out of breath. “Did you see this terrible accident happen?”

“Yep. Sure did,” the farmer mumbled
unconcerned, cutting off the tractor’s engine.

“Do you realize that is Air Force One, the airplane of the President of the United
    States ?”

    “Were there any survivors?”

“Nope. They’s all kilt straight out,” the
farmer answered. “I done buried them all myself. Took me most of the morning.”

“President Obama is dead?” the sheriff asked.

“Well,” the farmer grumbled, restarting his tractor.
“He kept a-saying he wasn’t… But you know how bad that sumbitch
